Answer:	In order to use this filter for a turtle aquarium, your water level must stay ABOVE the minimum water level line at all times, which means it needs to be within 3-4 inches of the top of the tank. This is a problem with most turtle tanks unless you have a Turtle Topper. Otherwise, it will work well for a turtle tank.
Question:	Could you add a sponge filter to the intake so it becomes Fry friendly
Answer:	Yes, you sure could! You could use sponge media or filter floss. Just be sure to clean or replace it whenever it becomes clogged.
Question:	Does it have a warranty

Answer:	Your initial purchase of the filter includes the Whisper Bio Bags ( 1 of them for the models 20, 30 and 45, 2 for the 70) and the Bio Scrubbers (again, 1 for the 20, 30, 45 models and 2 for the 70). You should replace your cartridges on a monthly basis, but can rinse them in between changes. The Bio Scrubbers should literally last forever, unless you lose them or damage them somehow. Wash these off in a bucket of tank water with a toothbrush.

Answer:	Contrary to some other answers, this pump doesn't come with anything else in the box except an instruction sheet. You'll need tubing and valves and air stones and anything else you want to use with it.

Answer:	Standard 3/16" I.D. tubing. That size is quite common.

Answer:	The 10, 20, and 40 all have a single outlet, while the 60 and 100 have two outlets.
Question:	Can this filter be used for turtle tanks
Answer:	Do not use this pump for making worm tea in a 5-gallon bucket. The Tetra 10-gallon pump is simply not strong enough. After this 10-gallon pump failed in a 5-gallon bucket, I tested it in a 1-gallon pitcher and it was just barely ok.

Answer:	Should be fine. I'm using it on a 260 gal tank (that also has 2 x 2260's) to get a little extra agitation at the surface. I've got the stones near the bottom of the tank and the air flow is plenty good. If you need more detailed help I'd recommend searching for a well established forum as opposed to Amazon answers.

Answer:	My tetra whisper hummed pretty loud. The Eheim 400 has more of a low buzzing sound. I keep in the fish tank stand cabinet and cannot hear it at all with the doors closed. Hope this was helpful.

2. Prohibit no-load running. Put the pump into water first before connecting power supply. When changing water, please disconnect power supply. It would shorten its lifespan and lead to making loud noises when running in the air for long time.

3. If the product suddenly stop working or make noises, which may caused by debris blockage. Please clean it regularly about once every two months, or add some olive oil on the rotor.

4.Please note if the water level, layout of the water tank match the bump power before purchasing. If the water is too little, motor power is too high, so as the water flow level, the swashing water would make loud noises. Different bump suits different water tank.

5. The maximum flow rate is 80GPH; there might be a plus-minus tolerance, Insufficient power and insufficient frequency would affect the flow rate.If connected with a water pipe, the maximum flow rate would less than 80GPH. Answer:	I doubt it. But you shouldn't have it where it can have a chance to fall into the water in the first place.

Answer:	Sadly there is no control on this cheapie....I tie knots on the line (1 to 2 or 3) here and there and just tighten them till it's bubbling the way I want it. Works just fine. It is quite strong for such a little pump, but a bit to much for my 2 gal Beta tank. So knots it is. Have a great day!
