Answer:	I have this model. I bought it based on the 10-Star ratings I found when I did online research. So far I've never had a surge or spike that activated mine. You obviously bought one that did. If the User Manual that came with it didn't show how to reset, you might want to contact their Customer Service (1-877-800-4272) or Technical Support (1-800-555-2725). If these number's aren't current, then go to their website and click on Contact. This company has been around since 1981, and their longevity gives creedence to the quality of their products. Answer:	It does look like a solid silver or platinum ring. A lot of people have given compliments thinking it was genuine diamonds as well. The cuts on the stones are quite nice.

Answer:	It’s been 3 months since purchase. It’s beautiful. Doesn’t turn your finger green. Only thing is that it shows extreme scratching on the bottom part of the bands. (I never take them off). I would purchase again because of reasonable pricing just wanted you all to be aware.
