Answer:	There are a bunch of different sizes! If you have the sheet of the instructions that has all of what should have been included, you could try to beat match up what you think you’re missing and go from there! Sorry I can’t be of more help, we just shuffled around so the one we were missing wasn’t at the bottom and made it one of the top screws and then sawed off the end that was a little too long.

Answer:	The dome itself weighs 110ish. This is rated at 1000 I believe. We tested it with about 500 pounds worth of adults.

Answer:	We're about a mile from the beach in SoCal, still have ours but has rust and found a hole recently. Was a Christmas gift in 2013, so less than 3 years. Very disappointed! Husband is ready to trash!

Answer:	We just got this and our 3.5 year old loves it, but he’s not big enough to climb it alone. We put him in the first level and he likes to climb sideways around it. He also like monkey swing inside it. I’m 6’5” and my son is over the 100 percentile in height, so I doubt many 3 year old could use this without a boost and close monitoring. I think 4-5 would be better, but I’m happy we got it anyway. He’ll do what he can and maybe advance faster because of the challenge it presents. We’re going to add a disc swing in the middle to give him more uses for now.
Question:	Does the dome attach into the ground somehow, or does it just sit on top of it
Answer:	No, it does not attach to the ground, but it could be done with locking carabiners and swing set anchors. That being said, we live in Iowa and get strong winds and blustery gusts nearly every day and this thing does not even shake. That's because a dome is one of the most architecturally stable designs there is. While we anchored our swing set down, we did nothing to secure the dome because, once built, it becomes readily apparent that the thing is not going anywhere. You must, of course, erect it on level ground, though! I would say the most important safety precaution to take would be to put in the proper ground substrate. This is, in fact, strongly recommended in the owner's manual, whereas anchors were not. The same was not true for the swing set, where the owner's manual strongly cautioned to use BOTH ground fill AND anchors.

Answer:	I usually allow one triangle to be open. Also, in their instructions they provide options for different configurations. I love the product. I only wish they made the same thing for 2x4 framing lumber.

Answer:	it depends upon what you have covered it with. After removing the covering it is very easy loosen the bolt, then I slap the strut with the palm of my hand to knock it apart. You can start anywhere you wish but I start at the top and work down.

Answer:	I am pretty sure that cats will use the shelter if you can somehow introduce them to it. Obviously, dog smells will likely keep the cats away. The shelter itself is definitely waterproof if set up correctly....down here in the south-east, we are subject to horrendous rain storms when rain is measured in inches per hour...the inside of our shelter is dry come what may.Strangely enough, the dog for whom our shelter was purchased has yet to use it...at least to the best of our knowledge. He will sit under the beach tent or on the covered porch but we have yet to see him actually enter the dog shelter with his entire body...just far enough to reach for his play ball if it has landed there. Answer:	I believe the limit is 600 lbs. If that is not in the online description, I may have seen it on the box. I bought this for my grandson and three adults (although thin, they probably added 350 lbs) got on with him and it was fine. I also saw him on it with 4 other children with no problem. It is quite sturdy.

Answer:	Hello, We don't recommend putting this on cement as kids could fall off and get hurt easier. However, this is flat at the bottom and is meant for level ground.
