Answer:	My Samsung Galaxy S3 tablet (9 inches) fits almost perfectly and there's still some extra space in the outer pouch (the one from behind) but i dont think there's still enough extra space for 13 inches. Maybe inside the bag, but i feel it kills the purpose almost entirely.
