After looking at nearly all of the 1 star reviews myself I found a common problem people had with the cables is “they got hot.” I’ve had this set of cables for the past two months and haven’t experienced this problem at all, and additionally I have used the same product line of Anker Powerline cables for the past 5ish years and have never experienced such a problem. I assume a bad batch of cables went out, but from my experience if you do have a defective product from Anker, they will go above and beyond to replace the product and make sure you are satisfied. |
