The 05 size has always been larger than what is listed on the box. It actually measures 6cm/ 2 ½’. There are a lot of older Rapala lures like that.. for example size 9 jigging rap is actually 8cm. I we don’t wish to change anything on these old lures as it will create more harm than good. People who know a size 5 RNR would be confused if we started calling at a size 6. |
