Here are a few things you should be doing to care for your golf cart during Winter:

1. Charge Batteries Completely-Turn Key OFF and Remove Key.

2. Refill Water Levels- Water should only be added when golf cart is fully charged.

3. Charge Second Time-Doing this will raise the electrolyte levels in your golf cart’s battery and reduce the risk of batteries freezing or cracking.

4. Disconnect Battery Charger-Be sure to disconnect the battery charger from the AC Outlet before unplugging from the cart.

5. Store Golf Cart and Batteries in a Cool/Dry Place-Recharge battery once a month. Disconnect battery charger after each charge.

If you can’t store your golf cart in a garage or barn, then be sure to protect it from the elements with a Golf Cart Cover.
