Answer:	I did not even get that far, the menstrual cup was not a good fit for me. I had a really hard time removing it. It did not feel comfortable while in place and as soon as I was able to remove it I tossed it. It was not for me.

Answer:	Not 100% positive but I believe they are. They are the only tampon that I trust as other brands typically don’t have organic cotton or are very pricey. These are the best and I have tried several brands.
