Answer:	The listing is VERY misleading if not outright contradictory. I ordered the 14.97 "pack of 3" and they only shipped me one. I contacted amazon and since it clearly stated "pack of 3" they sent me the other 2 at no additional charge. However, this was several months ago now and I see that they still have not edited the listing for whatever reason. Sometimes it feels like their customer service doesn't fully appreciate the problem you are describing to them and just looking to the letter of the listing vs. intent of the listing. I looked at this order again because I had a similar listing problem where I ordered a different item and had a choice of Qty 1# or 6#. I chose six but was only shipped one and they stated they could not find the two listings from the day exact day I ordered/purchased this. I finally just gave up trying to explain even though the customer service guy kept insisting that he understood what I was saying, but clearly there was a comprehension deficit. Now that this (misunderstanding) has happened twice to me with their listings, I plan on keeping a copy of their actual listing & description of items at the time I order if something is not crystal clear in the description (like what quantity am I really getting). Live and learn. In the world of declining customer service, Amazon is still better that many I guess.
