With the front zipped up and the back open, it’s still warm for everyone (17 degree WX). To get in the back though, they will have to climb in and over the back area. The back does not zip open in order to enter. Easy for young adults and children to climb in, not recommended for older folk.

Answer:	kit is adaptable to any cart with 12 volts
Question:	Are the wires coming from the lights a special wire or connector? Or is it a simple 2 wire like a positive and negative? Pictures would be a plus
Answer:	The lights have a special connector that are unique to the light size. Plug and play. The only connector you need to install is where you attach the ground and positive lead to your power supply
Question:	I got the kit and installed it but the 4 short ones don’t work at all. Anyone have this problem
Answer:	You're going to have to troubleshoot process of elimination style, and determine whether it's the fixtures, wires, or controller that's the problem. But no, I didn't have any problems, though my voltage reducer failed after a year. Just swapped it out and kept rolling.
Question:	Can I wash my golf cart completely(including battery box) with these
Answer:	I wash my golf cart and power wash the batteries. I always let it dry out before moving. Never have a problem.

Answer:	Yes, it will work up to the size of an OtterBox Defender case. There are two adjustments. Loosen the top thumb screw and slide the faceplate to adjust the depth then re-tighten to lock in place. Loosen the thumb screw on the back of the Phone Caddy and slide the wings to adjust the width then re-tighten to lock in place.
Question:	Can you have the windshield up while useing this
Answer:	Yes, not an issue at all. The velcro strap is thin and fits behind the windshield when it is up.
Question:	Any experience on long term securing? i just ordered and i am concerned the velcro won’t hold over time? any plan to add a magnet

Answer:	Yes, this should work. If you look at the specifications for OtterBox cases (there are different versions), you can compare them to the specifications on our web site. Fully Adjustable

With the thumbscrew on the top of the Phone Caddy and the sliding faceplate, you can adjust the Phone Caddy to match the depth of your phone with or without a case. Simply loosen the thumbscrew 1-2 turns, press the thumbscrew towards the back of the Phone Caddy, insert your phone, then press the thumbscrew towards the back of the phone, and finally tighten the thumbscrew.

Width

The thumbscrew on the back of the Phone Caddy and the sliding wings allows the Phone Caddy to adjust to the width of your phone + case combination. Simply loosen the thumbscrew 1-2 turns, spread the wings, insert your phone, clamp the wings and then tighten the thumbscrew.

Velcro Strap

The velcro strap allows the Phone Caddy to mount to any round or rectangular frame from 3/4" to 1 1/4". This works with all modern golf carts. Simply wrap the velcro around the pole, loop through the plastic loop, and pull tight. Once secured the anti-slip pads on the back of the Phone Caddy keep it from sliding down the frame.
