Answer: Depends on how fast you pump and how firm you want it to be. The pump works in both directions, so it's pretty efficient. It took me around 7 minutes to get the pressure I wanted.

Answer: It comes with a baloon-type hand pump, but I used the compressor function on our car battery jumping machine. The correct nozzle is included but overfill until you have practiced inserting the plug without losing too much air.

Answer: I am 5'5 and I weigh 190 pounds with lots of muscle mass and have proportionate measurements for my height. I am happy with the 55cm size and feel it is perfect for me.
