Answer: | I am not aware that the machine has a serial number (not a practical system where the machine is sold in parts to be assembled). There is no stamped data plate that I know of. If you are looking for replacement parts and need a model number (the design is changed periodically) take a picture of it and send to customer service and they'll figure out what you have. |

Answer: | Yes, you will have to assemble it, although you might be able to pay someone to do it for you. Assembly is really the only real negative with this machine. I did it by myself but it took a while and there are many parts. However, the unit is well worth it. I still use mine every other day and I've had it about eight years. |

Answer: | No, it won't tip over, unless you swing on it. However, depending on how flat it sits on the ground and how much you weigh, it will move a little. I weigh 190 lbs. and it moves a little when I do pullups and dips; more when I do dips. It may also be that I don't do very steady pullups and dips. |

Answer: | I'm 272 lbs. At my weight, this thing feels like its about to fold in half when I use it. The entire tower bends and flexes at least 6-8 inches while I'm performing bodyweight dips. Pretty sure it would pancake if I tried weighted dips. Not sturdy at all. |

Answer: | The answer to this question varies on how sturdy and square you want the piece to be. Certainly this can be done with a couple of adjustable wrenches, but you are best off having a 13 mm socket and a 15 mm socket or box end wrench. In my experience you will want to be able to loosen and tighten nuts quickly as you do assembly steps 1,2,3 so that you have the best fit that leaves you with a piece of equipment that doesn't rock. |
