Answer:	It’s really in the middle. Not as soft as a water bladder, but not hard as a rock either. It is working well for us so far.

Great addition to my boxing gear! It's a little difficult to get used to at first, but as long as you start with the black ball, and start with small punches, (think tapping it with your fists) until you get the rhythm, you should progress quickly. After just under a week, I've progressed to the red ball. The headband adjusts well, it fits me without issue and I have a pretty large head. The material for the balls is soft and spongy so while it can come back and hit you, it's soft enough that it doesn't hurt.

Question:	There are 2 products. Which ball is better for beginners, the yellow or the black one
Answer:	You don't need gloves, but I when I wear gloves, I'm able to hit the reflex ball for a longer time. I don't use boxing or MMA gloves. Instead, I use leather work gloves. I think gloves make it easier because it gives your fist a bigger and more level striking area when hitting the reflex ball. For some reason, the gloves also keeps me from hitting the reflex ball too hard which is a good thing. If you hit the reflex ball too hard, it goes out-of-control.

Answer:	I gotta tell you ... that I simply am not coordinated to do well with these.. I suspect if you are very coordinated it would provide a certain level of unique training for sure. But for me a person without a sporty bone in his body... it will become a regift to one of my grandkids this year!

PRIMARY BALL has the same weight as the red ball and is a little softer than the red ball, but with different elastic cords. The ball will bounce back a bit slower than the red ball. Suitable for beginners.

ADVANCED BALL

ADVANCEO BALL weighs about 25 grams and is equipped with a white elastic cord. The rebound speed is a bit faster than the PRIMARY BALL. Suitable for training in the second stage of training.

PROFESSIONAL BALL

The PROFESSIONAL BALL weighs about 35 grams, which is about the same as the rebound speed of the red ball. As the ball is heavier, it must be used in the third stage of training.

What should I do if the spare rope is worn out?

Is this boxing ball more of a toy or an actual boxing training product?

It's an actual boxing training product if you choose for it to be. It's great for eye-hand coordination. FYI its not as easy as it looks. You can watch YouTube videos of pro boxers using products like this. BTW, it is also fun for kids as well.



Would this be something that an elderly person could use.....either seated or standing?

Sitting or standing would not matter, but even with the black ball you would need some quicker reflexes. But it does not hurt if it hits you.



Can the ball hit back my face?

Yes it will, and you might 'face' (get it?) a grizzly death as a result. Or, because these reflex balls are so incredibly light, that even at full speed return, they wouldn't hurt a Teacup Poodle.



It's not that easy as I thought. How can I get the hang of it?

When using it of course you’re not gonna get the hang of it at first. But practice makes perfect. Start slow one punch at a time to get used to the balls movements, then as you practice more you’ll get used to the balls movements and will start connecting more punches.



This looks interesting, but what exactly is it supposed to do for me?

Do you have to wear boxing gloves or can you just use your fist?

Just use your fist. Boxing gloves aren’t required and it would take away from the workout using this product.
