Why the fitness tracker can not be charged?

The fitness tracker could be charged without a separate charger. Please pull off the watch face from the straps and plug the USB charging interface (where the white oval icon and the copper strips located) into a standard USB port. The red indicator light comes on during charging.

Note: If the red indicator is not showing when charging, please flip over the charging port to recharge it.

Question:	Can you track mutiple kids/trackers with one app
Answer:	The two fitness trackers can not be connected to the same one phone at the same time. But you could connect them one by one. Please refer to the following steps: 1) Please connect one of the fitness watch to the veryfitpro app on your phone first, once this one is connected to your phone successfully, the time of this fitness tracker will be synchronized, and please set the personal information after the connection. After that, this fitness tracker could be used alone to record the daily exercise data. 2) After the above step, you need to unbind the first device, and connect the second watch to the veryfitpro again, by using the same way, you need to set the personal information as well after the connection, then this one could also be used separately. Note: Please keep the other fitness tracker as far as possible when pairing one of them, or you may mix with them.
Question:	Is there a way to turn the Bluetooth off on the watch
Answer:	Sorry you cannot do that on the watch.
Question:	My son goes to bed at 8pm but the app shows 11:56 pm almost every night. Is there a way to fix this? I don’t think it’s accurate
Answer:	The sleep tracker is implemented through an acceleration sensor, it will get your sleeping mode according to your body moving frequency, if you are in the deep sleep mode, then your body moving should be less, otherwise, you are in the light sleep or awake. And the tracker will save your sleeping data only when your continuous sleeping time is over 4h at night and please kindly note that your daytime sleeping will not be tracked. For example, if you go to sleep at 11:00 PM, wake up at 1:00 AM and go to sleep again, the continuous sleeping time is less than 4h, then the watch will not record your sleeping data during 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. If you want to track your sleeping correctly, please kindly wear the watch one your wrist when you are sleeping, and make sure your continuous sleeping time is over 4h at night. And to check your sleeping data, please connect the fitness tracker with your phone via "VeryFitPro" APP to sync your sleeping data, then you can enter into the "Homepage" and "Details" page of the APP to check more sleeping datas.

Additionally it will display a timer (2, 5, 10, 20 and 30 min), a stop watch along with serial number and software edition. It is easy to go between the different settings and set timers. My 7 year old figured it out within a day and is highly proficient.

Question:	What happens after the 1 year with the battery? Is this item only intended to last for one year then the entire band would have to be replaced
Answer:	I have bought 4 (total) for my three children. You can easily change the battery after the battery dies. However, I am quickly learning these really don’t last much past a year. I needed to replace my daughters battery just over the 1 year mark. Shortly after that, it stopped working. I had to replace the entire thing. The same thing is starting to happing with my son’s activity tracker.

Answer:	That I can't truthfully answer. I purchased one for my 55" and the width is 49.5" and it fits perfectly!

Answer:	bottom panel which is closed with Velcro opens however cover needs to be removed to view TV, would have been nice if flap just lifted up and over.
Question:	How do you turn it on
Answer:	I have not tried it, but looking at the material, I believe it could be laundered. Although it appear to me that just washing it with soap and water or even something like a window cleaner would be easy to do and possibly better!
