Question:	How do you change the clock on this. Mine did not autkmatically update
Answer:	The time on your fitness tracker will keep the same with the time on your phone, so you can change the time on your phone ,then update the data of the app. If this doesn't work, you can try to reconnect the watch and the phone.
Question:	can this be used without linking to app? (Im only interested in time/ heart rate and bp) Its for my Dad who is in his 70's

Answer:	It doesn't need the separate cable charger. Just remove the host off the strap and plug it directly to the usb port. About the free band, we put the black color fitness tracker and blue color free band together. The combination is like below.
