Answer:	As I remember it was one size fits all, but I had all kinds of problems with mine. Getting them on right was difficult and I actually ruined a set of sheets with it. I wore ti once so I could not return it, or otherwise I would have. Someone recommended them to me, so maybe it was just me not putting them on correctly. I probably should have called when I had trouble and not try to use them until I was sure they were right.

Answer:	This was too small for my calf as well. And the company refused to issue a full refund even though I only tried it on! Ultimately I had to see a podiatrist who issued a walking boot (velro cast) to wear at night that could be custom fit for my leg. Good luck to you!

Answer:	There is no "true to size" when dealing with small medium and large BUT it may help you to know that my size 11-11.5 feet fit comfortably. A wide size 12 might start to feel crowded.

Answer:	I don't remember but these are horribly uncomfortable and pick up lint and animal hair like mad. I wore them part of the night exactly three times and then they went to the thrift store. Not a great solution and a giant waste of money. I rehabbed myself through youtube videos on plantar fasciitis and daily yoga and stretching. Taking time to care for your body is the only path to permanent recovery.

Answer:	I used this cream for a terrible pain I was having, it may have been a tendon. The pain came and went. A friend recommended this to me, as they are the one who used it for a bone spur. She said it helped her immensely, but I do not know if the bone spur dissolved. By the way, it also helped with the pain I was having. I think it is worth a try, some good stuff in there. And it helped quickly, I still have the product.

Answer:	I ordered a M and I am a women's 10.5 Narrow.I have had injuries in the padt. This splint is the best fit, most comfortable, therefore I actually used it every night for about 4 months.
