Answer: The description says Aquamarine - not lab Aqua, and the millimeter is 6mm (according to another answer I read), which is usually about one carat (per stud).

Answer: I really am not sure but I would not suggest buying these even if they are. I normally love Melissa & Doug items but this one is not so good. The pins and the ball are made of some sort of really hard plastic so they make a ton of noise and hurt when your little one throws the ball.

Answer: Yes! Definitely. It's great for use at a standing desk. Keeps the legs & core active. You may need to gradually build up the length of usage though. I could only use this for 15 minute increments initially. Now I stand on it for hours at a time. I have both a rocker board and the Airex Elite pad. I stand on the Airex pad for most of my workday at a standing desk. If we ever return to working in the office again, I will bring this with me.

The material is moderately prone to tear and break off at the edges if used harshly. Not to say that it doesn't do the job it claims, only to say if you use it at work be sure to treat it delicately, use it barefoot, or with a kind of sock.

Answer: It's a very dense foam. I weigh 240 lbs and it’s ok for me.

Answer: There are 2 different sizes. You specify which size you want and which color. I have the XL in both blue and black.

Question: Is the 2 pak the same quality as the single? Are they the same 4" thickness
Answer: They are same quality and pretty much the same thickness its the density that is th difference for balance one is softer requiring more core and leg effort to stand on. Blue I think is the one most often used in pt offices.
Question: Does this come with a dvd or written exercises suitable for seniors with balance problems? is there a user weight restriction
Answer: No dvd came with mine. It did have photos of exercises you can do. I qualify as “senior”. I purchased this after using it in Physical Therapy. My DPT Recommended balance from floor first, then from pad. I really like this product and glad I purchased it.

Answer: Not sure what u mean by intermediate level, but I had knee replacement and really helped With gaining my stability back. It just means it’s not real soft, little firmer.

Answer: This is an excellent balance pad for seniors. I don't know about neuropathy.
Question: My 85 lb, 93 year Will this help her get better balance? Does it come with balance exercises
Answer: No it does not come with instructions. It would not be wise to have your mother use this without first seeing a physical therapist who would teach her how to use it and determine if it is appropriate for her. Her trying to use this without an assessment is a recipe for increasing her fall risk. Hope that helps.

Advanced Stability Trainer

The black advance Stability Trainer is the most challenging stability trainer in the family. The black trainer has a extra-soft density causing a more unstable and sensory-stimulating surface. The trainer has a dual textured side for two different experiences in balance training.

Rigid Side
