Answer:	No, you must unscrew the handrail each time you lower it or raise it. The handrail is one piece (as described in a previous answer), but the "lever" is a T-bar (comes with the treadmill) that has a storage space on the right side, NOT a "spring-loaded" type of lever like I was expecting. I would have concerns about the hardware stripping if I were planning to use the handrail up and then lowering to store the treadmill at the end of each use, but I plan to use it as a mostly under-desk unit and am pleased with the product for that use.

Answer:	Not exactly. I put a card in the box with the long side on the bottom of the box and it extended about 1/4 inches above the top. So if you wanna use it as a file box you would need to trim the height of each card by 1/4 inch or lay the cards flat.

Answer:	No and this box is tiny. If you are thinking of using it as an escape the room box, I would suggest making your own by buying a plastic container screwing in to eyehole screws and covering the container with a black duct tape

Answer:	This has a fixed incline. One previous reviewer put a 2x4 under the end to make it more level. However, I found the tread does not move as smoothly if you do that. The closer to the front you stand the slower it goes. The closer to the back you stand the faster it goes.

Answer:	It’s very small and easy to move. I’m over 60 and I found it difficult to use. I ended up buying a Nordic Track treadmill from Sears and they delivered and set it up in my bedroom on the second floor of my house.
Question:	What is the fixed incline on this machine
Answer:	The manufacturer says 13.5%. I found it to be much too high for me so I put 2x4 under the back end and it works better for me. That is not recommended by the manufacturer, it is just what I did.

Question:	I can't figure out the measures in the led display-- the time doesn't match my watch, and i can't figure out the distance measure. does anyone know
Answer:	No matter what treadmill i use, it doesn’t match my Apple Watch mileage... the calories, distance and how many minutes you been on is on the bottom right of the treadmill and the top LED display is used just for the speed. I use the remote control it came with for that as well.
Question:	Does anyone else’s treadmill turn off by itself after using it 25- 30 minutes continuously? I barely have 3 months with it and started doing that
Answer:	Mine has not done that. I had read that you may want to lubricate the belt first. That would be the first place I start. I typically walk on mine for an hour plus a day since I use it with my standing desk. I think I am just crossing the 3 month threshold.
Question:	How does one lubricator “under the belt “? Comments keep saying under track or under belt, which is which
Answer:	The track and the belt are the same thing, it's the cloth-like band that you walk on. You lubricate it by lifting up the belt on one side and sliding the oil bottle underneath the belt, as far into the middle as you can, and depositing an ounce or two of the silicone oil there. Then you run the treadmill for a couple of minutes and push down lightly with your hands or a foot while it runs, to help it spread

Answer:	It just does that. After you turn it off l, the next time you use it it's back to normal. But pay attention to the alignment of the mat. It shifts to left or right after long usage so you'll need to adjust it.
