Answer:	Hi, Yes. I also do that when I want more resistance. That's one way to match higher resistance for your muscles with two resistance bands together. You must be strong. Plus, I would like to share the way I use the hip bands. When I do physical training, I will use the two glute bands - one hip band on the lower thighs and one butt band just under the knees to do workout and bulid my muscle.

Answer:	Because it's smaller, it will have less resistance. Typically it would be used around the ankles It will feel like it's a lot more but it's just because it's a smaller band. These are a nice thicker band that won't roll.

Answer:	The bands are 13 inches laid flat. They’re nice because the material is comfortable. However, the bands are really tough. Even the light band has a lot of tension. The bands are great for squats but probably not useful for lighter, physical therapy type of exercises. Perfect for banded squats.

Answer:	I am a plus size person that weighs 275 and I can not get it around my thighs as shown by the woman in the picture. It comes as high as my knee caps so I can only use for my lower legs be not upper legs and thighs. I would not recommend if someone is over 250 pounds.

Answer:	I don't know the shelf life. The best by date is about 1 year, but it's made of soy sauce and worchester sauce. I don't think this stuff ever goes bad. I imagine it has a best buy date but that's probably because it's required, but I never had it go bad. When opened keep it refridgerated and it holds well.

Answer:	The opening is pretty large and the backpack is very sturdy-well made. I bet it will fit! I can get a rolled up beach towel in there if that helps-it just hangs out a bit
