Answer:	I am not sure -- is she a round 7 pounds or a long and skinny? You cannot tighten around the chest area, so it would depend on her "average diameter" (LOL) I guess. This has one of the smaller/shorter bodies I have seen, but she may not be very comfortable in it. So, assuming you are just going to be in a boat, she is fine. I would not test the "slip out of it" by throwing her in the water or relying on this to keep her safe in floating water.
Question:	Can a toddler mive around and play in this easily
Answer:	Hi, your childs position in the water is afffected by the way floats are removed. Just removing front floats will make them still lower in the water. We advise removing floats evenly around to suit to distrbute the buoyancy in the most effective way.

Answer:	unfortunately for my little one it did not. she was 1.5yrs about 25 pounds at that time. As cute as it was I wanted to love it but we had to send it back. I was hoping for something that would keep her upright and this tipped her forward to much and we were unable to keep her head out of the water. Would be better for more experienced swimmers. She was still starting out and we were in search of something specific. Better luck for you guys

Answer:	I would think so. Although some reviewers found the neck hole too small we used it for my 16-month old granddaughter and it fit fine. I'd recommend reading all the reviews, though, since a 6.5 month-old infant is pretty small for any vest. I seem to remember, though, that the vest does not naturally float to keep the infant's face out of the water so if you're using the vest as a "pool float" you'll need to pay constant, continuous attention to her. I don't think this is unique to this particular vest - all the ones with this "approved" design work the same way. Why this design is "approved" I haven't a clue.

Answer:	It is a pen with a stand, yes the pen comes out, I used mine at a birthday party so all could sign the large card. I'm told that it would be great for wedding signings etc. If you are asking the funnel looking piece that the pen fits in there is a screw that will remove it under the base. So no it is not one piece but I wouldn't know what to do with it in pieces.
