Answer:	The lamp appears to be well-sealed, like a conventional fluorescent lamp tube. Conventional fluorescents lamps in my experience (or their Ballasts) are prone to failure in conditions of high humidity or low ambient temperature or both. If neither of those conditions apply my guess is that LED lamp will work. Given the low cost of an LED lamp, why not simply give them a try? Fiat lux.

Answer:	It will work as long as your 556/223 has the standard 20mm rails.

Answer:	No, you don't need to. The battery is accessible on the side, right in the control knob. To change the battery, just unscrew the battery cover, insert new battery +side up, then put the cover back. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can this handle the recoil of an 8mm rifle
Answer:	Have it mounted on a 45-70. Still in the process of sighting in. It jumps around a little when you change recticles. No magnification so at over 50 yards it is hard to bulls eye. It is about like shooting with iron sights but can get on target very quickly.
Question:	How well does this hold zero on
Answer:	Works very well. I have it on an 8.5" pistol build and at 10 yards, standing with no support, it holds a 2" group. Standing supported, it held a 1/2 inch group.

How to use the bore sight?

1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise

2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down

3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening

4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)

5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt

6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)

7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

Answer:	They are just regular turtle based legs. They will have a bit of resistance when collapsed or when moved into their respective spots. I always just grab the inside leg and the outside and pull them in separate directions. They all should also have a notch in which they lock in place once opened all the way.

Question:	Can anyone provide the height of the center of the fiber optic tube above the barrel? I need something that sits up high
Answer:	It's in line with the bead of the barrel
Question:	Will the sight fit a beaded barrel
Answer:	Absolutely. I just placed it on a Mossberg 500. It has a small notch in front that fits up against the bead.
Question:	will it fit a mossberg
Answer:	Looking at the barrels they are similar on the outer diameter. The sight will not fit onto a ribbed barrel. One thing that I cannot confirm is if the 930 is ported to reduce recoil- If you do not have the ribbing or the recoil ports is should work. This was a tight fit onto my barrel and I have an outer diameter of 14/16" is does not come off or even show signs of movement.
Question:	I do not have any idea for shotguns so I need help. Can I use this product with a Winchester 1300 caliber
Answer:	I never tried it on a 20 but fits great on my Mossburg 500

Question:	Will this work on a non-rib black powder shotgun barrel
Answer:	I don’t think so. It’s designed to fit on the rib.
Question:	How long is this sight? Amazon always gives what they call "product dimensions" but these are packaging dimensions
Answer:	Approx 1/2" to 5/8" just right I put these hi viz sights on both barrels of my trap combo and my over under pheasant hunting gun.Will never buy any other shotgun sight system.

Answer:	I don't know if that particular screw would be included in the kit. I thing they list the screw thread sizes that are in the kit.

Question:	Will it fit a Browning maxus
Answer:	As long as your Browning has a vent rib (which the sight is attached to), I don't see why it wouldn't work. We mounted them on Mossberg and a Stoeger and they both work fine.
Question:	Does the front sight come with multiple screws, depending on shotguns thread pitch
Answer:	Front sight goes around rib as well. You remove existing bead in your gun, and that Hole gets a screw in it. Yes multiple screws were provided.
Question:	I have a bent rib but no bead. Will I still be able to install? It looks like the front sight uses the existing beads hole
Answer:	If you have a pre-drilled hole that is tapped for a bead, it will certainly work. If not, a hole will need to be drilled and tapped. If needed, it isn’t a big job if you know what you’re doing.
Question:	Does this this come with front and rear sights? Stupid question i know, but it doesnt show picutres of the front sight
