These are a lesser quality, lighter and the finish isn't always even, but it's a nice starter set or for use when you need many place settings at a reasonable price. If needed, I would buy these again. :D

Answer:	With being plastic there is some flexibility, but I have put a steak, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob on these plates and have never had any worries that they would bend or break. Answer:	I have the two person set and I could see how they could fit an additional two sets in it with they way it stores. I would expect it to be the one bag.
