Answer:	No, they do not. Woven cloth, cotton, activated charcoal layers only. . . It is best to have a mask with a slot inside for inserting the filters although I used mine with disposable masks with a bit of paper tape to hold them in place. I had some meat rot in a fridge after a hurricane, and the odor was hideous, and the filters actually kept the smell out. (I finally got a new fridge.)

The jacket has a thin layer of fleece and it is a perfect Fall/Spring jacket. There are so many great features designed into this jacket - for the price point, I am very impressed. Only caveat, the main front zipper is European - on the reverse side from American clothing.
