Question:	My 4 year old received the hover soccer ball for Christmas and broke the same day he got it. How do I access the warranty
Answer:	The hover soccer ball can only be used on smooth surfaces. The way it works is that a fan creates an air cushion which lifts the ball off the ground and makes it glids. With grass the surface is not smooth and so the air cusion will not be enough to lift it off the ground. Any hard surface is fine- wooden floors, low pile carpet, basements, concrete (but must be smooth- outside concrete might be too full of small rocks), tiles etc. Its mainly designed for indoor use. Answer:	I bought this item a couple of years ago for my then 4 year old, he is still using it. But his brother, who was 10 at the time and used it! I would say it would work will for him.
