Answer:	I dont have a measuring tape on me but id say someone would be able to add a decent sized pork butt on each rack....around 4 butts total. Ive cooked on mine about 4 times now and still cooking perfect. I added Havelock around all the door openings and it stays within 3-5 degrees of the setting. If I can find a measuring tape ill let u know. I'd say if I had to guess it would be around 18 inches.

When inflated properly these inflatables are very rigid. The floor and boat are rigid enough that you can stand up in them with no problem. There are D-Rings on the hull where you attach the seats to. You can arrange the seats in several different positions. The Sea Eagle package comes with everything you need. Includes the boat, pump, seats, paddles, carry/storage bag and repair kit in case you ever should need it. I hope this answers your question.
