Answer:	If you check the specs, the Devonshire will provide 1.25 inch clearance behind the tank with a 12 inch rough in. Therefore, this toilet would fit well if the 11 inch rough is correct, with 1/4 inch clearance behind. Perfect.

Answer:	Installing a toilet with a 12" rough in in a space that can accommodate a 15" rough in will leave an unsightly 3" gap between the toilet and the wall. In this case installing a toilet with a 14" rough in would be the way to go.

Question:	Is this board good for a 13 yr old girl
Answer:	The rim on this model is 14.5" above the floor. Seat height will be slightly higher, depending on the model of seat used. Standard rim height for US toilets is 15", so this is slightly lower than most, and definitely lower than ADA toilets.
Question:	is this how the skateboard looks when you get it
Answer:	Mine came with a seat and lid. They were in a separate box, as there is some assembly required; but they were included.
Question:	What is the weight limit on board
Answer:	I found out that it does not when I received the shipment. It actually comes in 2 separate boxes. Its not like a whole assembly like you would get from HD or Lowes. You can get the standard Kohler seat from HD or Lowes for less than $20 (the same one you would get in the whole toilet package). Don't forget the wax ring as well. It is hard to find this toilet with the 15" height from local stores which is why I ended up ordering it online.
Question:	Is it a full complete put together board
Answer:	According to the Kohler website, the Kohler K-3978-0 Wellworth Elongated 1.6 gpf Toilet is made up of the toilet bowl (K-4198) and the water tank (K-4468). I don't know the model number for just the tank cover.

Question:	This or a Nickel Board for someone who hasn't skated in thier life
Answer:	I have a Penny... I’m thinking this has nicer features. Penny (and Nickel) boards have a lot of flex, which eases bumps but people over 170 lbs might feel like they have to stand right on the trucks to prevent the board from snapping. Penny/Nickel boards’ waffle “grip” is... ok, but not all that confidence inspiring, and the angle is flat except for the tail. One of the hardest things to get used to when first learning is how to transition from kicking to coasting, and while it’s easy to pivot your front foot it’s also easy to slip and maybe fall. I do like the big, soft wheels, they make cruising much smoother, and honestly I use it for a fun quick transport more than a trick machine. This looks like it addresses every concern I have about a Nickel. The deck is concave and has a front “tail,” plus a stippled grip surface, for more confidence that your feet will stay planted. I like the attention to detail that there are small grooves under the board to give you just a bit more turning angle before the wheels bite into the board. Paris trucks are great! Also, while the penny brand plastic looks fine, or can be cool colors, there’s something classy about a maple or bamboo board that IMO looks good no matter what.

Question:	Does it come with clear grip tape or is it the generic black grip
Answer:	Well, there is two ways that could happen - water level too high or the guy is hung like a porn star. Speaking for the first scenario here, the water level is lower than my original toilet. As a matter fact, I was concerned that the deposits might exceed the capacity of the filled part of the bowl compared to the ancient one I took out of here. All in all I've been very very satisfied with it. Very efficient and it's never taken more than one flush. And the fact that, considering that it's a toilet, it's pretty decent looking.

Answer:	We have well water with holding tank. I dont know if its low pressure.. perhaps medium. The tank holds the water that flushes toilet. Low pressure , i think, would only effect how quickly the tank fills back up.

Answer:	Well the weight limit is 250 (apparently) but according to every other review, any tricks will make the board break. i'm sure they're talking about ollies and stuff, so if you weigh 200 or under, a hippie jump should be fine.

Answer:	Honestly, we are trying to put the stock under control, the board sells so well that we may have an empty warehouse before next restock date.

Answer:	Any age really. I am 47 and I ride. This is for my 18 year old daughter going to college. But my 10 year old son rides too!

Both M & A can up the price on something if it’s in high demand. The price will fluctuate based on who currently has control over the “buy box.” The thing you click to buy a product. Answer:	Yes you can put 70mm on it.

Answer:	Size 8 seems really small for an 8 year old. If her feet are small for her age you can go with the small (size 10-13). I would think she would probably be closer to the Big Kids (13C - 3Y). Be sure to check her current tennis shoes. Our 9 year old was already in size 2 shoes and we read they can run a little small so we went with large (Youth 3Y to 6Y) and They fit her great. She still can wear them a year later since they are adjustable.
Question:	What are some good trick longboards
Answer:	I don't know and my kid loves it, so I haven't looked into it. Good Q. It would allow u to save battery when not needed.
