Answer:	I purchased the 14” bike. The seat height range on this bike is more than 5”. My granddaughter who is a tall 3-year-old has the seat set low so her feet can touch the ground now as she learns how to ride a two-wheeler. Answer:	First adjust tension per the manual. If still uneven, the wire spring that pushes the pads apart is mounted into a slotted nut. This nut was rotated too far causing one pad on the front wheel to always rub.

Answer:	Thank you for asking, however no you cannot add pedals through the ordering process, and if you choose to add pedals or drill holes into the bike the wonderful 2 year warranty would be voided. Answer:	I cannot give you specific measurements but i can tell you my 4 year old got it 2 months before her 4th b/d. She is very petite and the lowest position she is able to touch the ground with both feet while on the seat. She loves this bike and rides it every day.

Answer:	In my opinion, it's not fixable unless you find a pair of bearings of good quality that would fit. The original bearings (and the ones they would send for replacement) are bad quality, easy to bend. I ended up returning my purchase.

Question:	At the seat's lowest setting, what is the height from the ground to the top of the seat for the 14" and 16" bikes
Answer:	Correct there is no kickstand. However, I bought one at my local hardware store and it fits/works perfectly with this bike.
Question:	The handlebar bolts are stripped. They dont stay tight on the gooseneck. We hqve tried everyhting and o kwep them secure but it wont tighten down
Answer:	I'm sure you could, but I WOULD NOT recommend buying this product! There is something defective in this bike. It lasted about 2 rides (10 minutes) the first time, then put in new bearings... then lasted about a month... another set of bearings... then the company sent us a new crank... still ate up the bearings. No good!! By the time we got frustrated enough, the warranty had lapsed... the company told us we should have brought it in to a professional bike mechanic... Which is ridiculous... that would cost more than the bike itself! It's in the dump now!
