Question:	Could someone tell me the power output of the charger
Answer:	Power output depends on what light you use. Check the voltage rating of your lights...if they match, this battery will pump out whatever power is required!
Question:	I bought this battery but it flashes green & red when I plug it into the charger (and doesn't charge). Is it my charger or the battery at fault
Answer:	I've also seen the flashing LEDs when dirt and/or corrosion needs to be cleaned off the terminals. I've found this particularly irritating for the battery pack terminals made out of garbage-cheap alloys. Any corrosion and it can screw-up the monitoring processor in the charger.
Question:	I have a different manufacturer led bike light (serfas true t1000). can i use this battery as a backup battery
Answer:	Check the connection type and voltage rating.
Question:	What brand and model of battery is in the 6400mah pack? if it is really 6400mah, you should publish this data
Answer:	I don't know 6400mah pack. All I know is that I was very please with the purchase. I use a 1200lumen Cree light and the battery last me three hours. I have never used it past 3 hours. The only draw back is after a year or more it looses strength and then will not charge. However, it's very cheap and for that price I don't mind buying one every years.

Answer:	I replace my 36 V with a 48 V and I’ve had no problems for you. I was told that it might decrease the life of the motor. If it does, I will go from the 500 watt motor to 1000 watt motor.

Answer:	I own 4 batteries: one original and 3 backup replacement. They all fit and work just fine. If I go to Walmart, a 15 mile one way trip, 30 mile round trip, I put an extra battery or batteries in my Burley Travoy trailer and I don't have to peddle a stroke. Just a nice ride. They must be 36 volt. They work. As far as refurbished - same answer they work. I ride 200 miles a month, rotate the batteries and some are over 2 years old.
