Answer:	Mine will light while it is plugged in so it is possible. Mine has fallen from the double sided tape after a month of being attached. It did not fall from the surface I adhered it to but their tape job on the bracket itself. So take it as you may light seems to do a decent job otherwise. Just junk tape on the mount.

Answer:	No, unfortunately. There's no option to set the alarm as silent and just use the gradual light up (the light gets brighter leading up to the set alarm time) The idea is that you're mainly awake by that point. The bird sound isn't so bad as a final wake up alarm, imo.

Answer:	Technically yes. It does put out a mist kind of like a humidifier, but not like a traditional humidifier. It's a pretty small unit and I refill mine every night(I also use oils but that doesn't make a difference), but prefer it that way. It's very compact and I know filling it often keeps it clean, unlike big humidifiers that need filters, etc. I definitely recommend this unit!

Answer:	It seems like you can only change colors when turning on the light via the "Snooze/Light" button. You have to do the same thing again the next time you turn the light on. Don't think there is any way to set the alarm light color or the "Sleep AId" color.

Question:	I am worried it might be to bright. Does it really light up the room or is still comfortable to sleep with it on
Answer:	My son is 4 he sleeps with it on all night but I can see the light from my room

Answer:	It would depend on one's view of portable. The adapter cord isn't attached, so it can be wound up and placed in the box. The unit isn't that big, so it could be placed back in its box (with the clear dome on) and placed in a well-padded suitcase or tote. I wouldn't do it if I were flying, but if traveling by car, I don't see why one couldn't take it with them.
