Answer:	Hi there. Put the strap through either of the loops on the bottom of the bag and loop it over the metal pieces on the bottom of the seat. Adjust the strap accordingly to make it tight. Hope this helps!
Question:	What size is shown in the photo
Answer:	I have the large bag, with the expandable part zipped shut, I can fit it one 23c tube, one large Park MTB3 multi tool, a smaller smart IPhone SE, 2 tire levers, a Altoids tin (which I have all my small stuff in) that goes into the inside rear door web thing, 5 packs of hand cleaner, and a powerbar...that's all with the bottom expansion closed, if I open that expansion and I all had to do was put in what you have it would fit 2 tubes, multi tool, and maybe the phone with no problem. I say maybe the phone because I don't know how big your phone is, you need to look at the dimensions of the bag expanded and not expanded to see if yours will fit. You can put the phone a couple of ways, either flat in the horizontal position or sideways in the vertical position. For the money this is a quality made bag, I've had mine now for a year and it's holding up fine. If that bag won't hold your phone then look at the Topeak Aero Wedge bags, the largest one will definitely handle any phone with lots of room to spare.

Answer:	I have a note 8 and it fits easily. The problem I have is the bag zips where it attaches to the frame and can be difficult to open. The Velcro may rip and could use reenforcing.

Answer:	I have the Motorola Droid Maxx 2. It's a 5.5 inch screen, & it fits perfectly. I don't know how big the iPhone 7 is, but if it's close to my Droid. It will fit.

Answer:	The outer sides are rugged and thick.. the problem is the "span" material between the sides -- where the velcro straps connects -- is very thin and nowhere near as rugged. It is these areas that take actually hold the weight of the bag & whatever you're carrying and thus this area dictates the "strength" of the bag... and they DO NOT HOLD UP! I have, maybe, 5-7lbs (mostly a singular lock weight) and the "span" area has just fallen apart. I've tried sewing it back together and reinforcing it with denim patches to give the upholstery thread something denser/stronger to hold onto and still the mesh fabric of the span is, STILL, falling apart! I've only had the bag for about 1 yr and have repaired 2-3 times (started to breakdown after about 5-6 months). It's JUNK... waste of money!

Answer:	I'm not familiar with the EG 250 foldable ebike, but I'll give you the dimensions of the truck bag.The main truck bag compartment measures 12"×6"×6" inside. The expandable panniers measures 15"×10"×2" when open. The panniers hang down 11" from the of the top base plate of the carrier rack. The bag is well made, spacious, and extremely water resistant when all compartments are closed up. I have three of these bags. The other two of these bags have different brand names and use nylon canvas outer shells with ordinary sippers construction and materials. Those other bags are not as water resistant as this RockBros version. I'm pleased with not only the RockBros poly outer, but I'm equally pleased with the materials and construction of the moisture repellent sippers RockBros truck bag. I highly recommend this trunk bag, it is worth extra expense over all of the others for the ability to shed rain water. I hope this helps.

Question:	Is the tool included
Answer:	What tool are you referring to? It's a pouch that attaches to the bike frame. It's empty. It attaches by straps.
Question:	How long are the straps? i have a specialized carbon sirrus bike with a wide top tube (circumference 5inch,13)would the straps or bag damage carbon
Answer:	The stripes are very long and I have a matte back carbon frame and I have ridden over 500 miles with it with no damage at all! It is big enough to carry all my perks and huge iPhone 8 plus without problems!
Question:	Does anyone know the length of the velcro straps as my top rail is not round, but almost 1 1/2" square
Answer:	The strap is pretty long total length 6.7 inches, I think it would fit that it's got a lot of extra room.
Question:	Is it waterpoof
Answer:	It is at least water resistant and probably an order of magnitude drier than the pockets on the back of my jersey. There is no way it is truly water-proof since it has zippers, but I think it would keep things dry through significant rain and tire splashing. I haven't really ridden that much with it in damp weather.

Answer:	Except the size, 141466 have handle belt on the back and side zips. 141465 don't have them.
Question:	Is there a rain cover
Answer:	Keep the elastic cord pieces together and push the button on the plastic grommet to release pressure and allow you to pull the elastic cord through and then lock when you release the button. This allows you to snug down something on top of the bag, like a water bottle. Push the button to release the cord and it will allow to tighten/loosen tension as you wish.
Question:	Is it easy to clean
Answer:	This bag is not large enough to hold a typical adult helmet.
Question:	Can the bag cross diagonally
Answer:	Approximately 14” long, 6” high, 6-1/2” wide. Fits perfectly on a 15-1/2” bike rack. Nice size.
