FLEXIBLE HOSE WITH INTEGRATED PRESSURE GAUGE

Our innovative flexible hose with in-line pressure gauge is cleverly stored inside the handle and barrel of the pump to maximize compactness. The flexible hose design takes the stress off the valve stem and attaches securely to ensure no air can escape during inflation.

The pressure gauge readout starts at 20 psi (full line), then 30 psi (half-line), then 40 psi (full line) and so on up to 100 psi. As such the gauge is not suitable for low pressure tires e.g. fat tires.

The hose valve head should be screwed down ‘deeply’ onto the tire valve, this, in turn, creates a full seal allowing all the air to be pushed through when pumping and the gauge will rise accurately and smoothly.

PRESTA & SCHRADER COMPATIBLE

Designed to work with threaded Presta & Schrader tire valve types. Each end of the pump hose features specific valve heads for Presta & Schrader for a great tire valve connection with no leaks when pumping. No adapters needed!

For Presta valves with removable cores, extra care should be taken to tightly screw the core into the valve stem so it’s nice and 'snug' - you can either use pliers or a valve core tool to tighten the core. This process is the same when using this type of valve with any type of bike pump or CO2 inflator. Presta valves with 'removable cores' are primarily designed if you use valve extenders or use a tire sealant such as 'slime’. Bike pump is not compatible with valve extenders.

Answer:	A small diameter bicycle wheel (e.g., on a Moulton commuter) could be too densely spoked for this connector. The connector is 7/8 inch wide, 1-7/8 inch high with the latch folded down and 3-3/4 inches high with the latch extended (inflation position). You must judge for yourself.

Answer:	It may be that when you think you are attaching it you are removing it! It's kind of counter intuitive. You put it over the stem and then Turn it UP, not down toward the rim. To remove it after pumping the air in, you pull the handle DOWN toward the rim. You would think it would be the opposite way. Give it's try that way

Answer:	Yes there are serviceable parts available - Depending on the size of your tire I run 28mm Road Tire’s and it takes approximately 90 seconds to reach 80 psi and I have inflated up to 120 psi on a 23mm
Question:	Can the bracket be attached to a different part of the bike frame via zip ties
Answer:	You can attach it anywhere there is space and it’s not in your way. I have a full frame bag so mine is on the back of my seat tube between the chain stays and the rear wheel. Works perfect!
Question:	How does this work with a Schrader valve
Answer:	Yes, both Schrader and Presta.
Question:	What are the increments on the gage? i bought the road morph but the first increment is already at 30psi! i am looking to read 10-30, cyclocross/mtb
Answer:	Does not provide increments below 30 psi either. Sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear.
