Answer:	You lie down on your back with your neck in the device. There is a head strap to keep you from sliding out of it. There is an adjustment for the angle of your neck. There is a bladder in the device that holds air. As you inflate it with the pump the hidden air bladder pushes the headrest away from your shoulders applying traction to your neck. There is a pressure gauge on the pump so you can produce the desired traction. It works extremely well.

Answer:	I wish I could find just the neck halter as the Velcro on mine is wearing out. Unfortunately I have not been able to find that but for $15.00 I’ll buy a new kit.

Question:	Is there a larger head piece available? The one that came with it barely fits around my neck
Answer:	I bought this traction kit about 2-3 years ago and the head piece fit great. After the chin pad started splitting at the seams I purchased a new kit which had a smaller head piece which cut into my neck on the sides and under the chin. Evidently they are only going after pencil-neck recessed chin market.
