Answer:	The anchor is aluminum like the rest of the pole... at the very bottom there’s a hard plastic covering so sand doesn’t go up the pole. It’s great and easy to dust and place back in the carrying bag.

Answer:	Hi there, if your kids can sleep on anything then this may work, but I wouldn't recommend this for that, especially for an overnight. They'll end up in bed with you. It doesn't lay flat at all - where the bars support the center, it implodes upwards. I think it would be really uncomfortable to lay down in. Maybe try that disc-o-bed couch/bunk bed thing (also sold in Amazon) - sounds like it would meet your needs a bit better? My niece and nephew have passed out in this love seat chair, but only in the seated position. At a torturous big band concert.

I’d say before the yeti premium it’s worth probably 3x as much the generic chairs you see in the 60$ price range. It will definitely stand the test if time. It’s a good deal heavier which would be my main knock but the included (and excellent) carrying case does a good job of making that part manageable.

Answer:	There isn't a clip or specific spot to connect an umbrella since the main purpose of these is portability. Most beach umbrellas come with a pointed end. I'd just stick the umbrella in the sand and put the chair under it. The chair sits very low to the ground, so there would be plenty of head room under a beach umbrella.
