Question:	How does this perform on solid hardwood like oak or maple? My 18g Paslode performs great but I'm tired of fuel cells, and expensive repairs
Answer:	How much do you spend on repairs and fuel cells? do the math and see if it make sense for you. There is no ongoing cost for this exept nails and it seems to work pretty good, Im sure it would preform well on solid hardwood (it will go through a formica countertop no problem and into wood below it). It's a semi precision tool and it wont take much abuse, but overall it really has alot more power than i thought it would. I'd say go for it.

Answer:	I cannot get my 320 to work with Porter Cable 16 gauge x 2" "Straight Finish Nails." They have a slight "head" to the nail and it seems to stop the gun from working. I've tried adjusting the pressure with no effect.

Answer:	No it will not. It only works with 18 gauge straight brads. Ignore stop_go_boom's response, as the P325 uses 16 gauge brads, and 16 gauge is not the same as 16D. Look for a framing nailer. This is more suited to light trim work.

Answer:	Some batteries will, some won't. I have three from blue/black Makita-only one fit. I bought no-name and it fits and works great. Best thing to do is contact battery mfg. and ask as to your specific drill model #. Makita dropped the ball on this one! The XFD11ZB is a great drill with lots more power and battery life.

Answer:	Dear Fred,You should remove original wheel, and do measurement by calipers of stem diameter, & stem length. If its 11mm (7/16") stem diameter, & 22mm (7/8") stem length you can do order.

Question:	Is this normal? I laid it flat on the floor overnight and when I checked in the morning there were some lubricant that oozed out on the motor side
Answer:	I too had some lubricant that was oozing out of mine. I would drop a few extra bucks and get the DeWalt....my Dewalt works perfectly every single time and doesn't make a mess.

Answer:	It works just fine on oak and every other wood I've tried.
Question:	Will this wotk with p191 3.0 ah lithium+ hp high capacity batteries
Answer:	In general any 18V ONE+ battery works with any 18V ONE+ compatible tool. As noted, this particular ASIN is TOOL-only and does not include the battery or charger). The tool is for use with ONE+ 18V nickel-cadmium and 18V lithium-ion battery packs. See tool/appliance/battery pack/charger correlation supplement 987000-432.
Question:	whats the difference between this tool and Ryobi Cordless BRAD NAILER 18GA Model P
Answer:	The main difference is between the nails that this and the P320 take. The P320 takes 18 gauge brad nails and this tool takes larger 16 gauge finish nails. Functionally, the smaller brad nails have less holding power but are less visible since they have a smaller head. The larger brad nails are good for things such as base-boards but are more than you would generally need for things such as trim. In my research, I was told several times that if you are only going to get one nailer, get the larger 16 gauge finish nailer. This is because you can still the 16 gauge for trim (it just needs some caulk to cover the holes) but you generally cannot use the smaller 18 gauge brad nails for things that require more power (like base-boards).
