Answer:	I wish I could help, but I never got them. I ordered them and only two arrived. I contacted the company and was told that the chairs were on back order. I got a refund.

Answer:	These chairs are made of metal...so they pick up and retain heat, i.e. Camping in the desert. However, they are Great folding chairs, very sturdy, very well made. I use my 4 chairs all the time, Indoors and on my Deck.

Answer:	As of 2017, Flash Furniture have this listed on their site as 300 lbs. I wouldn't push these past 250 lbs. personally, more for safety than anything.

Answer:	It's standard sized. How tall is your 9 year old? A 7 year old used the chair at the table without any difficulty. It is incredibly sturdy. Alsi, I ordered 2 chairs. One was slightly chipped and it was promptly replaced at no cost to me. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There are some fixed positions that it is supposed to support. The mechanism for doing so is poorly designed and poorly constructed. When I received mine it worked for a couple of days, then broke such that the back would not stay up in any position. I requested a return from Giantex. They sent me an email asking me to send them a picture of the "broken part". They included a link to a video showing how to properly fold and unfold the recliner, asking if I was doing it right. I then made a video doing the same recliner folding steps as shown in their video, pointing out the ways in which my model did not work properly. Question:	Does the measurement of Seat base being 15.5” refer to the height from the ground to the seat? Not able to get out of “low to the ground” sand chairs
Answer:	Pulled our chair out for measurement. 15.5 inches would be the lowest seated point. Basically lowest point where your butt would be to the ground. Front points of the chair where the back part of your knees would be are right at 19 inches. I am a bigger guy with right knee issues and have not had any issues getting in or out of the chair. If you do plan to place in sandy ground which we do from time to time, we bought the ground sheet for them and it has worked better than expected. We tried the vibram balls on the feet but they are difficult to attach and then make the storage bag even less easy to pack away. Hope this helps.
Question:	what is the rectangular sheet on the back that folds over the back and sticks to it by velcro
Answer:	It is just a empty flap, it seems like maybe they we’re going to come out with a accessory for it and didn’t. I usually stick a blow up sea to summit pillow into it as the chairs headrest is set back pretty far and isn’t all that comfortable. I have two helinox chairs and one cheaper version of this that has the headrest built in and prefer the comfort of the cheaper chair better. However for over landing and packing down the savanna and helinox as a whole is better design for space savings.
Question:	Do the cup holders fit a standard red solo cup or a 30oz yeti tumbler without tipping and pouring the contents on the ground
Answer:	Yes. My 30oz. Yeti has never fallen out, even thought it rips sideways a little. 😁
Question:	Just bought the helinox savanna chair. do the ball leg caps fit this chair? are there any products available to keep the chair legs from sinking
Answer:	The 55mm ball leg caps will work with the Savannah chair. Helinox also offers a ground sheet accessory to help “spread the load“ on soft surfaces.
