| Answer: | They are kind of in between. They don't dissolve as easily as the fruit but I would not consider them super crunchy, either. We have used freeze dried peas with great success with our babies and they make amazing finger foods. You can buy them on here - look for Just Peas. They are smaller and softer than these and you get a lot more for your money. Our oldest is six and still loves to eat "crunchy peas" as he calls them. :) |

| Answer: | The quickest way I've found is to take whatever amount you want to use and pulverize it in a Ninja or coffee grinder( I have one set aside for spices.) It turns into a powder in 5 - 10 seconds and then cooks to my satisfaction in five minutes. Of course, it's all a matter of preference. |
