Answer:	YES it keeps my lunch perfectly chilled from 0630hrs clear til 1630hrs (that's 10 hours!). We cannot use communal fridges at work anymore thanks to CoVid and packing my lunch with this beauty keeps me from worrying if my chicken salad will go "bad" on me before I get a chance to eat it. I have been VERY happy with this purchase. If I had a insulated Yeti or Coleman I was putting these into, even not "Totally frozen" for a long road trip -- I'd feel very safe not worrying about spoilage.

Answer:	Not long enough. I bought 2 of these in preparation for Hurricane season. I tried them out and they do not last more than three hours. I put them in the cooler with a couple of the same size from Walmart. Walmart lasted longer. I was really surprised since they advertised they were long lasting.

Answer:	I had to put mine in a deep freezer. And then... had to move it's setting from middle of the temp range to 3/4th full bore chilling. And still didn't freeze em over a 48hr period. Moved them from the top of the freezer to the bottom... froze solid as a block of ice. Also, if you have your chest freezer in the garage in the desert heat... you could be 10° warmer than the temp setting.

Remember you can do more than one "layer" of toner AND your Hada Labo product. The Hada Labo products "open" your skin to receiving the max benefits of your serums/essences and moisturizer. Can even use it before putting on make-up after you wash face. Just make sure your face is fully dry or your make-up will not apply correctly.

Answer:	My husband has oily skin. I have very dry skin. We both use this product and it works great for both of us. It's hydrating, not drying, not greasy/oily, not shiny, etc. We use it AM and PM after cleansing and before other serums.

Answer:	Unfortunately I have stored my 45 quart cooler for the season. But I do have the 20 qt available. The interior dimensions are 8.125 for the width, 14.250 for the length and 10.375 for the height of of the cooler. This is a volume of 1201.23 cubic inches or 0.695 cubic feet.

Answer:	I returned 2 orcas, neither were water tight. I tried the American thing first. Unfortunately they were not well finished. I prefer this style of cooler more then Yeti as well

Answer:	Yes, it will hold 46+ cans and almost twice that much more in ice. For shorter trips or parties I can put allot more inside, when I called the company they explained it was really 54 quarts. When I looked at another brands '45 series' I found it was really just 37 quarts. So it pays to do homework anyhow.

Best practices for Ice retention

Be nice to your ice!

Always Pre cool your cooler with a bag of sacrificial ice the day before use. 

Pack it up with pre-cooled or frozen food or drink items( warm products will use all your ice to get them cold).

Fill the entire cooler with ice around and above your food and beverages.(airspace can take energy out of your ice).

Opening your cooler or leaving it open will effect your ice. plan your trips to the cooler well for longer ice retention.

Block ice will last much longer than cube ice. a combination of both is the best way to get longer ice retention and still have room for products.

Buy ice from commecial supplier(ice from your frezzer or an ice machine is not hard frozen and will not last as long and is not as cold.

Answer:	No, the lunch box only has a mesh pouch on ONE side. Also, the plastic bin inside of this lunch box is made of fairly cheap plastic, and it will eventually break/crack at the corners if you are not careful. In other words, don't let a child get a hold of it.

Question:	Would this cooler hold a bottle or handle of jim beam? Lol for a fathers day gift
Answer:	I just tried the NON insulated 27oz. And 64oz. Klean Kanteen Classic bottles and they do NOT fit inside the 16 can size while standing up, with the loop cap. I'm almost certain it would fit perfectly with a flat cap like the bamboo one. The lid stays about half an inch open with my kanteens.
Question:	Does klear bottle - 40 oz insulated stainless steel water bottle fits in this
Answer:	I know this is far after the fact, but when I have any problem with tears, leaks, rips or cracks I use E-6000 glue for the repair. I use it on everything.... Work boots and even on patches for my husband's work jeans. It holds up in the wash, dryer and even winter weather when I use it on outside repairs.
Question:	The hard liner in my cooler cracked and now leaks. Can I buy a replacement liner
Answer:	This is not a good cooler. The strap ripped off the original cooler purchased, causing to hit the ground & crack - making it no longer waterproof. The mfg was kind enough to replace it when I complained - 2nd cooler, the corner of the liner has again cracked off with the 1st use. The hard plastic liner cannot endure any usage & the shoulder strap cannot carry any weight. I give this cooler an "F" & was so excited by many of the features described. This is not worth the money - go for the Yeti or any other cooler would be my advice
