Answer:	The range of "yes" and "no" answers is puzzling. Assembling consists of inserting the legs into the frame and bolting them on, using knobs, so it is easy to remove the legs. The next "step" is to open the sides and insert four "pins" to hold the sides in place. "Folding for easy portability" is accomplished by removing the four pins and folding the sides onto the back. The hard part would be not losing those pins, which are not essential, but should be used. So "YES", it does fold for portability, easy or otherwise.

Answer:	This product can be used for 'most' toilets either standard or elongated. The locking mechanism in the front will secure it to the front of the bowl.

Answer:	Yes, at least mine does just fine on my American Standard 2 piece (2 piece only that the water tank is connected to the lower bowl and it is attached with two bolts and rubber seals to prevent leaking, which is pretty standard). It just pins the back of the plastic seat riser under the back lip of porcelain by twisting the knob on a plastic shaft with rubber on it, to wedge it solidly. It is IDENTICAL but much cheaper than the Vive.

For storage in a car trunk, you can easily fold the legs in by removing the set pin in each of the two sets of legs. For stability you need to put the set pins back in place before use. You may also need to adjust the height on each of the legs based on the height of the toilet. Both removing and installing the set pins and height adjustments on the legs is simple and easy and requires no tools.
