Answer:	If the insulated bag is empty, then it can be squeezed down to several inches because it is not rigid. The bag can be slid off the frame very easily. The frame is rigid and could probably fit under the seat as well. I haven't done so personally.
Question:	We spend a lot of time on the beach, how are the wheels for traveling over sand? Are they big enough
Answer:	Mine is packed away for the winter but they are not very big. It fits in the back of the car with the wheels behind the seat in front on the floor. We love ours and use it all of the time.

Answer:	We used this last night. Great basket and cart. It wheels over grass and pavement just fine; however it is a little more difficult over a small-pebbled path. Nicely made, keeps wine cold for hours.

Answer:	My husband is a wine rep and says that it was pretty "cheap" in it's construction. Wobbly, tippy.Attaches with a sleeve that slides over the handles.

Answer:	I don't have the cooler with me so I can't measure for you. You have to adjust your thinking to using tall containers, not wide. Quite a bit of food fits if you do it that way. I bought the Rubbermaid food storage containers to use. They are module in nature and work very well. I think the whole cooler part is about 18 inches high. Sorry, I can't give you more than that. Think tall and skinny and you should do fine.
