Answer:	If the handles on your Fit X-Force clip on and off, then the EZ Curl bar will work. I leave my handles attached when using the EZ Curl bar to make it easier to switch between exercises.

Answer:	So far as I can tell the curl bar should work with any of the total gyms as they all basically are designed to operate off the incline resistance sliding principle. It works perfectly for curls, etc. I hope this helps.
Question:	does this ez curl bar accomodate 2inch plates
Answer:	I bought the black powder-coated version of this barbell, and I'm quite pleased with it. The Marcy barbells seem to have a lot more bend in the grip area than most, which makes for much less strain on my elbows. Also, they actually have hard rubber grips in the area where the bar shown has a diamond-knurled area for grip. They seem very durable. I did have two problems though, both easily solved; 1) Unless they've changed it since January 2021, the descriptions of the assembly here are ALL wrong. The one I got, and the ones in the comments at that time, come with a short thick sleeve held tightly to one half of the bar with a pin, and the other half of the bar slides into the other end of this sleeve. There are pre-drilled holes in the bar and the sleeve, which you line up and hammer the provided pin through to hold it together. After several days of use, this joint loosened up a little, so the bar would sort of bend a little bit at the joint, which was very annoying. I knocked the pin back out, sanded all the paint off that area and gooped the sleeve and the barbell-end up with "JB Weld", a metal-filled epoxy, then reassembled it and set it carefully aside to cure. It hasn't so much as wiggled since then, and it's been several months. 2) Doing curls, the bar rotates about 180 degrees as you flex, and the plates don't want to spin due to inertia. This causes them to spin on the shaft, which loosens up the star-nuts holding them in place. I use a hammer, or another plate, to tighten the star-nuts, and they work fine. Not ideal if you want to change plates all the time, but due to physics and inertia it's hard to prevent. That's why the "Olympic" type barbells have rotating sleeves which the plates go on; they let the bar rotate in your hands without having to rotate the plates too. I'm thinking that using an extra set of star-nuts to jam against the first ones would probably do the trick, but a hammer (or wooden mallet if you're fussy) seems easier.

I saw where someone said 450 pounds. Maybe it is sturdy enough but the weight is limited to how many weights you can fit on the weight bar under the platform. I can only use 5 lb weights or they impede the functionality of my machine. You need the weight bar for this, clamps to keep the weights on and you can use up to 10 (maybe 12) 5lb weights. I would call customer service for your machine and make sure you get what you need. I’ve ordered a lot of extras for my machine and haven’t found any bargains.... may as well buy from the supplier and get it right!

It's telescoping, which means it's opens to different widths.I added an additional hole just to add more boats, I can carry five now. My only recommendation is that you glue the rubber feet pads on permanently or with hot glue to the plastic foot. If not the tend to slip off and you can loose one or damage your car if you don't notice it.I used black sheet foam and glued to every foot after I lost one.Hope this helps.

Question:	Can you detach the light from the band? I want something to sew onto a flat piece of fabric
Answer:	I'm not sure exactly what that means but I venture to say yes. The strap or handle that joins together and meets and is then secured together with a Velcro strap is quite long. I feel it could be looped over a handle from a rolling suitcase . I've used it now 4 times on Frontier and bag fits under seat in front of me sideways. Very happy with product.

Answer:	I purchased the same bar and yes its normal as there are bearings inside the tips of the bar. The tips should only slide back and forth just a tiny bit maybe no more than an 8th of an inch. If more than that than you probably have a defective bar. Good luck Tank

Answer:	The comment above is not true. EZ curl bars are NOT created equally. In strict curl competitions, they will use an IVANKO OB-30 bar. The angles are less extreme and the space in-between the gripping points vary in distance.

Answer:	I believe they are bolted, but don't get this product! The finishing on it is bad and will completely rust within a years time. Look for an EZ bar that has a normal finish on it.

Answer:	Yes! I clip two to my waistband or reflective belt and the two at waist-level light my path perfectly, like headlights, better than having a headlamp. I can run road or trails in the dark with no additional ambient lighting from streetlights needed. I find the light is more stable in my path than wearing a bouncy headlamp and I love not having the light on my head. This model is better than the others because the clip is tight and isn't one of the magnetic flaps that the other models have, which can flop open when you're running. These stay tight and in place. Question:	A brand new unit shows fully charged (5 red leds on) but won’t turn on? is it defective
Answer:	It just clips on but the clip is the size of the unit front so it is pretty secure. The recharging USB prong is covered with a rubber cap (that is a completely separate piece) for protection and we did find we wanted to put a small piece of duck tape on the back to insure the rubber cap did not get removed by accident. So far it is still in place. The light is very bright and works very well - especially in shade or dark conditions. We are very please and use them every time we go out. Money well spent!

Answer:	It sounds like yours was bad to begin with. Mine lasts several hours. Have you tried contacting FlipBelt's customer service? If you go to their website there is contact info for returns.
Question:	Would I be able to have this at the front of my flip belt as well as having my phone in one of the front compartments at the same time
Answer:	The belt is just a tube with multiple openings, there is only one compartment. The light goes in one of the openings making that one opening inaccessible. The rest are available like normal. I tend to push my phone to one side or to the back to help eliminate bounce, but you can slide your phone around wherever you like.
Question:	Is there a version of this with a red light? A red light is much easier on the eyes when hiking trails at night
Answer:	Not that I know of. I have a Duracell headlamp with a clip that you can put a belt. It has a red light. Otherwise you can try a red filter taped to the light.
