Answer:	No, I feel nothing at all. The bottle is easy to remove and install back, with out breaking your stride. The pouch is a little snug for an IPhone 6, but it fits and I can run with it. You also have a little room for help pack inside. My long runs have become much more enjoyable. In fact, because of this product. I can now run further and longer, since I am not stuck running a distance that’s easy for me to get back to my sitting water bottle. I can now run 13 miles anywhere, since my bottle of water is right with me.

Answer:	Plenty of room in the pocket to fit either phone and perhaps both at the same time. I fit my iPhone 7S, my inhaler, 2x energy gel, 2x liquid IV and still have room for a wad of cash or keys if you need to. Best running belt ever.

Answer:	I have 14 inches (by 1.5 inches) of extra velcro belting left over after tightening to fit. Since the end of the belt is finished with a fixed hard plastic plastic "cap" over the end of the belt, there is no way to cut it to size. The fabric and velcro are much too thick to do that - and the fabric would just ravel.

Answer:	The adjustable belt is big enough to easily fit a waist of 40" or more. My waist is 32" and the extra belt rolls up nicely and stays in place with the help of Velcro.

Answer:	I think it is there if you need to take off a layer. You loop it through there and bungee it so you don't lose it when you continue running.
Question:	How heavy is the belt when the water bottles are full
Answer:	Its actually pretty easy to remove, but Nathan didn't make it obvious. If you push the fabric inwards where the "Gray clip' is attached to the waist pack you'll notice two tabs with a gap in between. The gap is not easy to see, but if you continue to push the fabric material inwards towards the middle of the "Gray Clip" you can simply slide it off the tabs that are holding the"Gray Clip' in place with no need to break or cut it off. The Clip is definitely there for retail display purposes only. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes, I have a Nexus 6P with a large case on it, I was at the store and compared my phone with case to a display of the S8+ without a case and mine was wider. My phone fits in the belt with an extra inch of room, top to bottom of the belt, with the belt empty. Left to right on the belt there is still several inches of room. The main compartment is pretty roomy even for a slim case, and without being bulky either.

Answer:	No. It fits well on your hips however high or low depending on how you size it with Velcro closure. I’m 5’5 and weigh 121. The Velcro belt is long for me but closes right at the end of the belt. My husband and I both love this belt.

How to Run with Water Bottle Comfortably?

WE RECOMMEND A COMFORTABLY TIGHT FIT on Waists/Hips and the TIGHT FIT on Bottle Holder.

Your optimal activities will depend on how you prefer to wear the hydration belt:

A slightly TIGHTER fit around waist (smallest point around core area) is recommended for running/aerobics to minimize bouncing.

For walking, travelling, or carrying multiple items, a slightly more relaxed or true fit on top of hips or low on hips is recommended.

[WARM TIP]The bottle carrier has some flexibility to allow for differing bottle diameters and has a holding loop for extra security if required. Fits bottle diameter up to 3.2 inch (80 mm).

Answer:	It is not insulated. It is very small, good for short hikes and rides, Also worth mentioning , if used for biking can be cumbersome to get back in the sleeve. It fits snug ,however that comes at a cost when trying to put it back while in motion. I usually have to come to a stop to get the Sarn thing back in place. Hope this helps...

Answer:	It sure does! Which is great! The size of the 2 bottles are sufficient to carry enough water for an hour workout (well for me anyway) and maybe more.
Question:	Are the bottles dishwasher safe
Answer:	It is a little smaller than the iPhone Plus but I don't think it will fit. If the dimensions are 6.04 in x 3.09 in, you may need to find a different way to carry your phone.
Question:	What type of closure does this belt have
Answer:	My iphone 6 in a leather flip case *barely* fits in the pocket, to the point that the pocket is distended and I'm not sure what else I could get into it. I use wireless headsets so I don't have to deal with wires; wires would complicate things. My other Nathan belt (not a hydration belt) fits the iPhone 6 nicely; I'm returning this one and looking for another with a larger pocket.
