BUt I still am concerned and have a question: The wobble bolt nut has a nylon thread to keep it from coming loose. But nylon threaded nuts are not designed to take on and off. The nylon loses its bite. Well, I need to take it on and off often. What is the recommendation from Allen?

Answer:	2.25 inches deep 4 inches wide. They don’t work well in my bird cage. The bars where the water is are horizontal. The bars on the cup holder are fixed in a horizontal position and fit between the cages bars. If it was not soldered in place it could be easily adjusted. Also one of the cups is very loose in its ring. All of these things could be felt with with s trip to the hardware store. I tried to condition my bird but she would not go near the part of the cage I put them in. After 3 weeks I took it out.

Answer:	The product info says 39.1 lbs. It seems at least that and is fairly unwieldy.
Question:	Does anyone have a good secure locking system for the bikes
Answer:	We use our bike locks thru the bike wheels, bike frame and thru the mount . The only problem is that you must use the threaded pin that comes with the rack to secure the rack in the receiver hitch... Wish I could use the lock I have for the rest of my trailers/etc to secure the whole thing to the truck.
Question:	I read there is a lock available for the hitch, however is there a locking system for the bikes
Answer:	There is not a locking system for the bikes. The bikes are kept securely in place by the vertical bar with removable braces at the top. The bar will not fold down without the hitch key lock but the bikes could be removed by lifting over this bar. An additional bike lock would be recommended.
Question:	Can you buy the 2-bike rack and then an add-on for
Answer:	You can buy the four set up and then only assemble the first half (2) until you want to connect the second half later in life.

Question:	Can this be tilted with the bikes loaded
Answer:	I purchased the 4 bike version and even by itself, it is extremely heavy. It is made out of steel and not aluminum. If the bikes were loaded and you trigger the tilt, it would be very difficult to raise back up. I would not recommend tilting the 4 bike version fully loaded. I presume the two bike version is lighter of its own accord and then it is the weight of the bikes...
Question:	how wide is the rack? it looks like it sticks out past the edges of the car and cant be folded when not in use
Answer:	My rack measures 70 inches for my bike length. The wheel frames cannot be folded up. The rack can be shortened to 56 inches when not in use by sliding the wheel frames in.
Question:	Will regular road bikes with narrower tires work on this rack
Answer:	Of course this is a great rack. I personally have a ebike and a mountain bike that both have 2.5 inch wide tires but I've hauled a friends road bike and there's no movement or bouncing. To whom it may concern this is a yes or no question. Might or might not doesn't work for this question. If you haven't hauled a road bike then please don't guess.

Question:	Where was it made
Answer:	That depends on if your BMW X3 has a standard 2” receiver. As I recall from the short time I owned one of these, I think it came with an adapter for 1” up to 2”. But to be honest, the straps that held the bike into place sucked so badly that I only used it twice. I can’t recall if I threw mine out or if it is gathering rust somewhere, if I could find mine, you could have it for free! I ended up buying Swagman Hitch that holds two bikes and offers three points of contact. Please note, I am not selling anything, just telling you what I bought and mounted to my Chrysler 300. This hitch was terrible, at least for me.
Question:	One of the straps on my rack got torn. What do I need to buy to replace it
Answer:	I’m not sure. But I will say, this rack is junk. I used mine twice, hated it, almost lost my bikes off of it, and the rack quickly found it’s way to the trash. I ended up buying a Swagman rack that has three points of contact on the bike, each tire is cradled and strapped in, and a padded locking hook is placed over the center of the bike. That rack I believe would lean forward enough for your 98 Suburban.

Answer:	Yes. Mi,e is new it does sway back and forth. It appears some people answered this about putting the bolt in. The automatic quick release ones do not have a bolt that you put in. It has the locking mechanism on it that is supposed to expand and keep it from wobbling but I can't see it's doing that. Disappointed in that as it makes me feel like it's not entirely safe going down the street. Thought it would be easier to use because it says no tools required to put it on the hitch. But it doesn't seem to be holding as well as the standard ones you palpable through

Answer:	Do not buy any product from this company. We had a 4 bike rack. The frame broke off while we were driving and we lost all 4 bikes. Company would not stand behind warranty

Question:	do i really need a torque wrench to put this together
Answer:	The 24" measurement is from inside the rail. A machine with outside wheelbase of less than 24 inches will fit inside the rails. Note - the dimension is 24" from inside the rail for approximately 54" of the 60" width of the cargo hitch due to the inside measurement slightly narrowing as it approaches each of the 4 corners.
Question:	Is it made in the USA
Answer:	As of 9/15/2017, the Pro Series brand seems to have switched to Reese brand. The unit I received came with a 5/8" hitch pin that works well.
Question:	Are the deck width dimensions (24") measured from the inside or outside? (i.e. will a machine with an outside wheelbase of 23" fit inside the rails
Answer:	I just measured mine and I have 17.2 inches of clearance between the cage walls. And that's an exact on mine. No room for even a finger. Hope this helps.

Question:	Does it work on a Jeep Wrangler with a spare tire
Answer:	It fits in my 2009 Wrangler with the spare tire. The spot on the inside of the rack on the tire side is a little tight, but you can definitely use it and fit a bike on the inside spit, just takes a little maneuvering. We use it on the Jeep with our 5 bikes all the time. The only issue is that you can't open the tailgate more than a few inches, even when the rack is lowered......but otherwise it is fine.
Question:	How do you put the bike on
Answer:	We leave the rack raised and lift the bike up, slightly tricky but very doable. Tipping it down saved muscles but seemed more tricky to attach.
Question:	WIll this clear the rear tire on a Wrangler
Answer:	Yes but you will only be able to mount 4 bikes on the rack the fifth bike is mounted on the inside or back side of the rack hope this helps
Question:	will I be able to put toddler bikes on this rack
Answer:	I was able to put my daughter's 12" bike on this rack. It took a little maneuvering to get it on the second spot from the truck (it was the first one on), but it did fit. I will probably place it on the spot closest to the truck, on the other side of the vertical post. However, just because this one fit, it doesn't mean yours will fit, as there are many different styles of bikes.

Question:	I've noticed the pin that attaches to your hitch is threaded and must be tightened. Do you even need to use a pin once tightened to hitch
Answer:	Hi Billy, yes this cage will be fine for cockatiels. We have an African Grey parrot in it, but it would allow plenty of room for the smaller birds.
Question:	How do u fold it up
Answer:	The bolt fits into the 1" threaded nut, which is welded onto the cup, making a water tight feeding/watering cup. There are little bumps on the inside from the weld, but they don't affect the functioning of the cup. Since I've used my set of two on a PVC play stand I designed and made for my parrots, I also purchased PVC cap ends to accommodate the cups' bolt. (See Photos I've included on reviews.)
Question:	What lock for the hitch so the rack won't get stolen? I have a 2" lock that does not fit
Answer:	Half of my index finger deep (2-3 inches). An apple can fit in it with about a centimeter of free space. Very sturdy, but only works with bird cages with horizontal bars.
Question:	I don't see were it says how it fits on a 1.25 hitch? My order says 2 inch? can i size it down and if so how? i don't see a 1.25 to order
Answer:	My cage has 3/4 inch bar spacing and it works fine. I think it would work for your cage.

Answer:	There's no particular specific way to install the bike rack. Different vehicles require different installation specifics. My vehicle is an SUV, so there's no "trunk." Whatever way works best for your vehicle is the correct way to install the rack. Just be certain to install it tightly, i.e., tighten the straps very well, and drive over bumps in the road carefully to reduce bouncing. Bouncing causes loosening of the straps and greatly undesirable jostling of your bikes.
Question:	Does this come with the bike and car
Answer:	I guess 20 pounds. The bolts rust after a couple of years but you can just paint over them. The price for this rack is reasonable and I use it often.
