Answer:	The insert is 1 1/4 with a "bolt on" component to adapt to a 2 in receiver. The component is removed for a 1 1/4 receiver. I have both size receivers and unit fits either well.

Question:	Can you load the bike by lifting it up one end at a time? I have an ebike that is too heavy for me to lift up all at once
Answer:	No. you need to purchase and extender (not sure what they really called up-down... something) it's available in kuat.com and amazon.

Answer:	I'm not too familiar with the Jeep Wrangler. I use my Kuat Sherpa 2.0 on a GMC Yukon with a standard 2" Reese hitch without an extender. The bike rack tilts down far enough (even when loaded with bikes) that I've never had an issue opening the rear, top hinged hatch door.
Question:	will this rack work with an external spare tire on the back of the car; Toyota RAV
Answer:	You will have to remove it for any automatic car wash. It interferes with the machines and they'll make you remove it. I am specifically looking at this rack, however, because it is light and tool free to remove. It will last and maintain its value much better if you don't leave it outside in the elements as well.
Question:	I read one review that the person had trouble adapting the hitch to a 2" receiver. Has anyone else had that problem
Answer:	The NV 2.0 can handle more weight (60 lb. per tray - Sherpa 2.0 is 40 lb. per tray). NV 2.0 with 2" hitch allows for 2-bike add-on. The NV 2.0 can also handle larger tire fat bikes (with adapter). The Sherpa 2.0 is a lighter weight rack.

Question:	I've noticed the pin that attaches to your hitch is threaded and must be tightened. Do you even need to use a pin once tightened to hitch
Answer:	Hi Billy, yes this cage will be fine for cockatiels. We have an African Grey parrot in it, but it would allow plenty of room for the smaller birds.
Question:	How do u fold it up
Answer:	The bolt fits into the 1" threaded nut, which is welded onto the cup, making a water tight feeding/watering cup. There are little bumps on the inside from the weld, but they don't affect the functioning of the cup. Since I've used my set of two on a PVC play stand I designed and made for my parrots, I also purchased PVC cap ends to accommodate the cups' bolt. (See Photos I've included on reviews.)
Question:	What lock for the hitch so the rack won't get stolen? I have a 2" lock that does not fit
Answer:	Half of my index finger deep (2-3 inches). An apple can fit in it with about a centimeter of free space. Very sturdy, but only works with bird cages with horizontal bars.
Question:	I don't see were it says how it fits on a 1.25 hitch? My order says 2 inch? can i size it down and if so how? i don't see a 1.25 to order
Answer:	My cage has 3/4 inch bar spacing and it works fine. I think it would work for your cage.

Question:	Can you use a regular Pin for securing the rack to the hitch? Or must you use the threaded bolt

Answer:	Yes. Mi,e is new it does sway back and forth. It appears some people answered this about putting the bolt in. The automatic quick release ones do not have a bolt that you put in. It has the locking mechanism on it that is supposed to expand and keep it from wobbling but I can't see it's doing that. Disappointed in that as it makes me feel like it's not entirely safe going down the street. Thought it would be easier to use because it says no tools required to put it on the hitch. But it doesn't seem to be holding as well as the standard ones you palpable through

Question:	Can this be tilted with the bikes loaded
Answer:	I purchased the 4 bike version and even by itself, it is extremely heavy. It is made out of steel and not aluminum. If the bikes were loaded and you trigger the tilt, it would be very difficult to raise back up. I would not recommend tilting the 4 bike version fully loaded. I presume the two bike version is lighter of its own accord and then it is the weight of the bikes...
Question:	how wide is the rack? it looks like it sticks out past the edges of the car and cant be folded when not in use
Answer:	My rack measures 70 inches for my bike length. The wheel frames cannot be folded up. The rack can be shortened to 56 inches when not in use by sliding the wheel frames in.
Question:	Will regular road bikes with narrower tires work on this rack
Answer:	Of course this is a great rack. I personally have a ebike and a mountain bike that both have 2.5 inch wide tires but I've hauled a friends road bike and there's no movement or bouncing. To whom it may concern this is a yes or no question. Might or might not doesn't work for this question. If you haven't hauled a road bike then please don't guess.

Answer:	yes, but ... there is a lot of swaying that goes on at the back of a trailer, which creates more leverage on a carrier than it would normally be seen on the back of car or truck. I have broken 2 different style bike racks (thus damaging the bikes) that were installed on the rear of a trailer. Most bike rack manufacturers warn against placing a bike rack on the back of a trailer.

Answer:	Hi, you can use a 2" trailer hitch on an RV, BUT I would be very careful. The hitch on an RV is very far away from the rear wheel so any bump would jostle the rack and bikes more. This can cause premature metal fatigue or loosen the bikes from the rack. Again, you would not want to ride in the back of an RV for the same reason.
Question:	Can you fit 4 bikes? Or is this only for 2 and you have to buy the extension separately
Answer:	We purchased the 4 bike platform model. It is nice as it totally supports all the bikes from wheels up. All 4 have a platform under the wheels, as well as support at the frame. Another nice feature, is that the way it is designed, it allows you to take off the second part if you only have 2 bikes. It separates by a lock 'key' between 2 bikes and the 4 bikes. So it gives you options to be a 2 bike holder or a 4 bike holder. Very solid, doesn't bump around too much from the hitch.
Question:	At the 1 min 30 sec mark of the video, could someone just unscrew that bolt and pull the pin after it to detach the rack from the adapter? Theft
