Answer:	It depends on how much air you put in it. The less air the more it flattens and doesn't bounce. The more air the more it keeps it's shape and the more bounce. You can adjust the air level with a simple ball pump.

Answer:	It's a stable, weighted ball. You can practically use it for anything you would use a standard medicine ball for.

Answer:	Yes, you do need to put air into it so that you can get some bounce when you slam it down. It will lose its bounce, especailly if you are using it outside in cold weather. Slam it down and catch the bounce and raise it over you head and repeat. It is a great workout. It feels off balance because it is filled with a substance, probably sand, that will move about as you are doing your exercise. It is probably a good thing because it will further strengthen your muscles.
Question:	I'm a big guy and I'm concerned about the size of the thigh straps. How big do they adjust out? Are there expansion straps available

Answer:	I have a white 5c and bought the white case. Honestly, once the case is on, you really can't see the color of the phone, only in very small areas. The front of the phone is black, so really, if you get the blue case you will only see the case. I, personally, don't think it will clash, just because you barely see the back of the actual phone once the case is on.
Question:	is this a right handed leg holster
Answer:	The case is smooth but I would not say slippery. It's easy to slide into a pocket where the grip case does not so much. We have always bought the speck candyshell smooth cases for iPhones and have always had great phone protection. They last too. Great product, would recommend.

Answer:	I've only dropped my phone a couple of times and the case protected my phone. I don't know if it will protect screen from cracking. It really depends on how it lands.

Answer:	If you walk, drive or bike, it would be fine. But I do not recommend putting your 3 inch s&w in the fanny pack and insert a bag of 20 spare ammo in the front pocket while jogging. It's my very embarrassment happened last weekend in a park. The weight of the revolver plus the weight of the ammo bag together with the shock energy of my jogging movement caused the pack open without my realization. The m60 drop from the pack to the asphalt ground in front of a huge crowd sitting, walking, jogging around me. It was very ashamed. 

Question:	What does the clip look like
Answer:	You can mount it on a belt. The molle loops allow some adjustment for belt width.
Question:	Will this work on a regular belt? (Not MOLLE
Answer:	It is full enclosed along the sides of the main pouch - there is no opening at the bottom where the side panels meet the bottom panel (which is something you've probably seen on various pouches before , especially ones with elastic sides). HOWEVER, my standard NAR Cat's wings won't fit inside, so I have to insert it with the wings at the top, and the pouch does seem designed this way. I Have no problem with that, wouldn't want the wings snugged inside and then snagging as you try to rip out the tq. The velcro strap that comes down over the top to hold it in place is about half the width of the pouch, so it absolutely does leave parts of the tq exposed above the pounch, including the windlass. however the windlass is so snugged in that it's still within the profile of the pouch. i have this on the rear of my belt so as not to be confused with light or mags, and I don't foresee any issue with it snagging. You will most likely have to refold your tq to fit the pouch though, the way I had mine staged wouldn't fit as I had it shorter and fatter, the pouch likes longer and flatter. Seems like a solid quality item though, and I like that it's available in non-black colors.
Question:	Will this fit the FN FNX-45 15 rd mags (double stack .45) and still have the flap reach down to the velcro to seal shut
Answer:	not sure what filters you mean but typical CBRNE 40mm NATO canisters do not fit even if removed from their protective vacuum sealed wrappers which i would definitely not recommend until ready to use.
