Answer:	I had to use PLIERS to pull out the bottom perch (the metal bar). Then I could pull out the yellow part and then the black part inside.

Answer:	At its widest the brush measure right around 2.5". The bristles are soft and they collapse to fit the inside of the tube feeder. There are metal brackets at the tip of the brush which hold 2 rosettes of brushes to make for a cleaner clean. These metal pieces measure about 1" so your tube must be 1" or less to accommodate this brush. I have owned mine since 2015. It is well made and makes cleaning easy. I took pictures showing my measurements, but no way to upload.

Answer:	Sorry I don't know if you can. I imagine a vet would be able to help you with that question. I put it on a corn holder for my birds in my back yard.They love it!! and I think the chipmunks and squirrels don't turn up their noses at it either. Good luck!

Answer:	I can't imagine that it wouldn't be welcomed by any bird! This is the best fruit and nut mix, I have ever seen for birds. It looked so good, I wanted to eat it... seriously!!! I've bought expensive fruit and nut mixes for people that didn't look that good...lol

Answer:	I use a hanging tray feeder for this type of seed mix. I hang the tray on a shepherds hook with a squirrel cone. I like it because it attracts large and small birds, even woodpeckers.
Question:	I have the Squirrel Buster wild bird feeder. Are the nuts too large to flow out the bottom of the feeder and therefore clog the bottom? Thanks
Answer:	I too have a Squirrel Buster and 2 regular feeders (because the squirrels have to eat as well) and I have no clogging issues. What I do is buy regular bird seed, black oiled sunflower seeds and Lyric fruit and nut then I mix them together, equal parts and wow watch the birds enjoy! I hope this helps!

Answer:	Honestly, the birds love it so much that none of it gets left on the ground! And if it drops out the feeder, the doves will eat it.The bag actually contains lots of chunky nut pieces and fruit (like a trail mix) so no seed in it, and no waste. It's my absolute favorite. Just pay attention to the price.. occasionally they increase the price on here when supplies are running low, so I usually wait until it drops back down to $10.98/5 lb bag.

Answer:	There are roughly 18 cobs in the bags we are producing today. However, the bags are filled on weight and not cob count. Therefore, different size cobs, or weight of each cob from crop to crop can vary the amount of ears in each 7lb bag.
Question:	Why does one of the bullet points above say "no corn" ? i thought this was corn? what are they selling here
Answer:	I have no idea why that is a bullet point! I've bought this for months and the squirrels love it. Maybe they're referring to loose corn kernels (of which there are inevitably a few) but I don't know what milo or millet is.

Answer:	In all honesty I have never counted ( now I will =)..) but I feel comfortable saying upwards to 20...but this is a " get what you pay for " product..I use them to feed squirrels..95 % of the ears are full of kernels ( not nearly the bare cobs I've seen in other purchases)...most every one is respectable size ( fits / is the size wire squirrel feeder )..know this is wordy...but if your intent is same as mine...I would recommend this product. hope this helped...

Answer:	One and five-eighths is the exact diameter of the hole in the baffle, but you would have to be able to slide it on from the top or bottom of the pole after the baffle has already been hooked together. I say this because one side curves around on the top and the curves around on the bottom and you hook the two curved parts together like if you curved your fingers on both hands and then hooked your hands together. While squeezing the baffle in order to hook the two sides, the hole would actually become smaller than 1 5/8 during the squeezing process until they hook together and then will snap back so that the hole is again 1 5/8. So if you're pole is already in the ground and your bird feeder is attached to the pole in such a manner that it can't be removed or the pole can't be separated, you won't be able to attach this baffle. I don't know if I explained this very well, but hopefully, you get the idea.
Question:	I have a 2 inch pole. Can the top be cut to enlarge it so it would work on my pole
Answer:	Hi, Gary. When the baffle is closed, the opening at the top measures 1.5 inches. The support (which clamps to the pole and holds the baffle up) is not big enough to fit securely on a 2" pole. You might check with the manufacturer to see if they offer a different sized baffle set up. I hope this helps.

Answer:	It opens up to wrap around the pole. I was even able to wrap it around two poles that are side by side, giving me more hooks to hang bird feeders that are protected by the baffle.

Question:	What size is correct? is it for one - 2.5 lb bag? six - 5 lb bags or ? one 20 lb. bag, or something else? this ad is confusing and not clear
Answer:	If you provide a "squirrel feeder" as someone suggested, the only thing that will happen is you will get even more squirrels in your yard, which is fine if you don't mind feeding them. But the only way to prevent them from dining at your other feeders is to hang the feeders from hooks and put on a squirrel baffle on the pole. I have 4 bird stations in my yard and I've used Wild Birds Unlimited equipment for all of them - after 10 years of fighting the squirrels, this is the only thing that has worked. 5 years now with the baffles and they work great. Just follow the mounting height directions (think it's 3' from the ground) or they can easily jump over it. And make sure your poles are not near any trees or other structures from which the squirrels can climb and jump to the feeders.

Answer:	This product is probably mislabeled. I used it on my duck coop and two days later it rusted. Obviously NOT galvanized. They probably think zinc plating is the same as galvanized, who knows. If you look at the picture it did look silver, but I went with the write up. This is not the product for outdoor use, that's for sure.
