Answer:	Be careful if your grandson has a nut allergy. This product does give off some “dust” when poured from the bag. I also use it in sewing for pincushions.

Answer:	The lizard mat size I bought fit a normal size 20 gallon tank. If you have a different size, you can always buy bigger and cut it to fit.

Answer:	I purchased two of these for my bearded dragon's home。this carpet comes with a pair of tweezers. When there is something dirty on the carpet, you can clean it with tweezers without removing it. and it is double sided so every week I take it out and shake it off outside, then flip it to the cleaner side when I put it back in the tank.

Answer:	Chameleons are rainforest creatures, so the usual substrate is a woody kind or sawdust that's been made into pellets. This product is made from a specially treated sand so, even though it probably wouldn't be harmful to chameleons, I believe you'd be better off using a bag of nice smelling cedar shavings.

I'd say it can build a little bigger cave than two-thirds a normal sized blown up balloon (in the kit) which is about 1 inch thick with small ramps added. Naturally because you build the cave you may adjust to fit enclosure. This is great for small tanks BUT if you are interested in building bigger formations or cavern systems you will need to purchase more clay from the company.

Answer:	I'm honestly not familiar with the dimensions of a 30 gallon tank, but I hope this helps: I have a 6 foot long terrarium and it takes two of these to lay across the floor of it.

Question:	What does "easy to clean" mean? Does it wipe clean? Do you hose it down? How long does one last
Answer:	I purchased two of these for my bearded dragon's home. It is easy to spot-clean, and it is double sided so every week I take it out and shake it off outside, then flip it to the cleaner side when I put it back in the tank. About once a month, I take it out and hose it down outside and hang it to dry. Meanwhile, I use the other clean one that has already been hosed and dried. I haven't had to purchase another liner for two months. I love these carpets because they fit my tank almost perfectly, are safe for my pet, and are easy to clean.
Question:	Is this fine with chameleons? Does it work well
Answer:	I don't know about chameleons as I am using it with turtles. It was great at first, but after a few months of use, my turtles' claws are ripping holes in it. That never happened with my old carpet.
