Answer:	I had a new 5 ton A/C unit put in about 6 mos ago. The original filter is 20 x 20 x 25 and I just measured it and it more like 19.5 x 19.5 x 1.75. When the A/C is off it slides out fine and when it is running it pulls it up to seal it tight. I suspect all the worry about the sizes being slightly off is much ado about nothing.

Answer:	Don't listen to these people. You should not put anything above a merv 2 on your return air duct. If in doubt contact the company that makes your unit and ask them and they'll probably tell you the same. My dad's been in the business of heating and air since before I was born and he's always hated these filters and said a heating and air unit is NOT an air filter for a house and shouldn't be used as one. Using this restricts the air flow, makes the thing work harder and thus reduces the efficiency and burns it out faster. If you want to filter your air i sounds funny but get a box fan and get a size 20x20x1 air filter and tape it or bungee strap it to the back of the fan and it'll filter your air. If you burn up a $15 fan it's no big deal compared to an expensive unit.

Answer:	No they aren't. They come in a box. Nothing is air tight anyways from the stores. Once in the vent they are exposed to constant airflow through the filter (contaiminants, moisture, etc) where these become beneficial. They'll be fine in the box if kept inside your home.

Answer:	I have two supply ports, the 20 x 20 and another 18 x 24, so I don't notice any restriction. If you only have one supply port, and it is 20 x 20, you should not have any more problem than you had using other filters. If this is firt use, check mfrs website would be safest answer.

How to set the temperature:

Press set button to start the temperature setting. The LED display will start to flash, continue pressing set button, the number in LED screen will circulate from 20-34℃（68-94℉）

If you have found your desired temperature please stop pressing, the LED screen will stop flashing, then it will show the water temperature in your fish tank.

It only starts heating when it has gone 2 degrees below the set temp, for example, if you want to get to the 26-27℃(78-80℉)range you should set at 28℃(82℉)



Error code and LED display:

Blue Light(constant temperature indicator light): temperature have reached setting goal, the heater will keep it.

Red Light (working indicator light): the heater is now heating.

E1: water shortage or wrong installation

E2: the temperature went over 96℉, stop heating



Show water shortage protection E1 in the water, caused by the detection values of various water quality and can be set by yourself follow the steps below:

1. Fully immerse the heating rod in water, press and hold the SET button when the power is off, then the plug is connected to the power supply, and the scrolling "simulation with water" value is displayed after about 2 seconds, and then short press the SET button once to lock "simulation with water" "Value"

2. Pull the heater out of the water surface, and the water-free value is displayed at this time, and then short press the button once to lock the "simulated water-free" value. After the value is locked, the heating plate returns to normal and can be put back into the water.

1. Please use the product in the water, when product is exposed in the air, the residual heat may cause damage to the heater or finally make it broke. After you have cut the power please wait at least 20mins until you can put it out.
