Answer:	Hi Nina, The tablet stand bracket rotates, the way it's shown in the pic. to the left is in the horizontal position, this raises the tablet by about 5 and 3/4 inches ( 14.5 cm). If you rotate the stand bracket to a vertical position (90 degrees from where it is in the pic.), the raised distance would be around 4.5 inches (11 cm). Question:	Does this work with smartphones as well? For example, could I use it on both my galaxy s3 as well as a nexus
Answer:	I have a S3 and a Nexus 7, I just went and grabbed the stand and propped my phone up no problem. Obviously it requires adjusting the width of the legs and the angle of the back supporter, but you can get an almost 90 degree angle and it is still sturdy. If you wanted to prop the phone vertically you'd have a problem with it being wobbly because the legs would have to be all the way closed together but you could still pull it off. I hope that helps!

Answer:	This stand holds an Amazon Fire HD 10 in landscape mode. It holds the tablet securely.

Answer:	I'm using this with a Google Pixel slate in the landscape mode when I don't want to use the keyboard case (i.e. I just want to use it as a tablet) and it works brilliantly. In fact it works better than it does with my iPad.
Question:	If you press the top left or top right of the screen doesn't the tablet tend to flip
Answer:	If you push the top right corner, then the bottom left corner would have to come forward in order to flip anything over. That just doesn't happen with such deep grooves in the base. If anything, you'll just slide the stand back if you push too hard in landscape mode...or knock the whole thing over in portrait mode (and you'd *really* have to be abusive for that to happen).

Answer:	The blue cover is removable via a zipper, and the cover is machine washable. I'm not sure if the white one has a cover. You aren't supposed to wash foam pillows in the washing machine, only spot clean. I'm not sure, but foam pillows can probably be washed by hand, if done carefully. Foam tends to disintegrate when roughly handled.

Answer:	It's a concave pillow approx 10 1/2 inches from bottom point of heart to outside upper part of each "wing." From bottom point to center low top part of heart is about 9 inches. Outside measure for upper points on "wings" approx 5 1/2 inches reducing to about 3 inches at center top, rising some, then lowering to bottom point. Good product.

Answer:	Tighten the joints any time you wish, but keep track of the two sizes of tools needed. otherwise you will need to make a run to the hardware store.

Answer:	compare the size of the sing sing S7 with the size of an iPad Pro and the speaker locations so as not to cover them.

Answer:	I have been using it for two weeks now and found that if I really tighten the joints with the appropriate allen wrench, it’s really stable. But I am not using the touchscreen, as I use a mouse.

Answer:	All the ports are exposed. We don't use square but we use a similar service that has card readers that use the audio port so it shouldn't be an issue at all.
Question:	Should this fit securely to surface pro 4? the one i received does not grip tightly and allows movement of the tablet when pressed
Answer:	It fits tightly if you've installed the rubber pads on the bars on the back side of the tablet. It was such a tight fit that it took a lot of effort to squeeze the corners together enough to get the screws in.
