Answer:	Hi, I use the Medium size whisper filter cartridges...the difference between the 26164 & ATS26164 could be the fact that one is a pre-assembled cartridge and the other is not. I buy the 12 pack of unassembled filters which are quite a bit cheaper and are the identical product. It comes with the white filters, one plastic insert, and small charcoal bags that take a few minutes to assemble. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does it fit topfin power filter
Answer:	I bought these about a month ago for my top fin 10 filter. The cartridge in my top fin 10 is angled inward at the bottom whereas this filter cartridge is more of a rectangular shape. Due to the shape it does not fit the top fin 10 slot. However I kept my old cartridge frame and I'm using this product, everything works great.

Answer:	The filter is easy to change. The old one unscrew and the new one screws in. Be patient and careful undoing the lid. As far as how long it lasts (you aren't specific in your question), I am the only one using it, and it lasts me about 6 weeks. It's probably cheaper to order more than one. Look at the offers of multiples on Amazon. I ordered four. Counting the one it came with, I estimate that it will be 40 weeks before I need to buy more filters. The testing device works. Be sure not to overfill the pitcher. I read another review that recommended allowing the tap water (in a pitcher) to sit for 8 hours to allow the chlorine to escape before adding the water the toe Zero pitcher. It's supposed to extend the life of the filter. My tap water tested over 200 or so. Your region may have a higher or lower reading of pollutants, which will affect the life of the filter.

Answer:	It should fit across the little black cup filter. Basically when you inset, it should slide down middle and divide the cup. Water coming in bottom of one side them pushed up out of the cup on other side.
Question:	I was thinking about getting this for my dorm room next year? Do you think it will work? How often to you have to clean it
Answer:	It would be great for a dorm. It's only 1 gallon. It probably depends on what you put in it, how often you have to clean it. I have a single betta fish in mine, and probably clean it every 10 days to 2 weeks. I tend to over feed mine sometimes. I don't even use the filter in it because such a small area for such a lot of water movement... And on a couple of these, the lights stopped working after a while.
Question:	can a heater tube be put in here...will i have to keep the cover off and if so will the lights still be nice looking and working
Answer:	a small under gravel heater would be all you needed for this tiny thing. With that the thin cord can fit up beside the filter with some squeezing. Anything bigger then the lid will have to be off.. but the lights will still be lovely :D

Answer:	Did you use your tester that came with the pitcher? My water tastes really good . When its first filtered the tester should read 000 tds .

Answer:	The filter will NOT purify the water. The filter is 5 layers of different sands that filter out most of the solids and improve the taste. We change filters about every 3-4 months. A lot depends on how much water you need each day.

Answer:	It should be a filter directly from the Zero Water company, or a filter that is referenced as compatible with the Zero Filter. There are different Zero Water pitcher sizes so make sure your is referenced as being compatible. Definitely make sure it is from a reputable seller though. I got an order of bad filters from an independent seller that were bad, and the seller never replied back. I also ordered a different filter from a company that sells filters that are not made by Zero Water, but are compatible, and noticed a plastic-y taste. I would stick with filters manufactured by Zero Water. Hope that helps.

Answer:	It is more like a lap strap, it has two pieces that go over the legs and the one through middle of the legs, you can loose or tighten them from the back of the chair so kids can't really mess with the straps and it opens by the press of a button but the button is really hard to mash. I use these in my daycare (I have 4 of them) and they work great. They are just the right height that you can take the tray off and push them up to a toddler table to use with older kids too.
