Answer:	The mold problem has NOT been fixed! I first bought this product in 18’ and was very happy with the first several bags. Then something happened in 20’ and they came covered in mold. I’ve bought 4 5lb bags since late October and 3 out of the 4 were moldy. My Portuguese Water Dog loves this chew but I’m not sure I can trust the next ones to be better. I really want this product to get back to its former self because it was great! The 4th bag was the wrong kind but was not moldy. I’m hoping my next order will be correct and not moldy... they are worth the risk.

Answer:	If you can FIND them at a dollar a pound JUMP on that, they are more like 2-3lb and many barbell sets by amazon are sold out and unavailable. Case in point Try and look for an off wieght like a 7-8lb or a 12 lb, those although light are extremely difficult to find.

Answer:	The packaging is quite thick, so I cut the top open and close back with a simple "chip clip"---my dogs love them so much but I try to limit them to 1 a day---or I cut one in half so they can have 1 1/2 per day. There is absolutely NO ODOR with the twists. To date, there doesn't seem to be an issue with the twists staying fresh. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I believe the one I bought was a meat mix flavor. I did some reading on this product. For your animal's safety, if your dog chews hard, this will eventually have small pieces break off, causing an ingestion hazard. I don 't know if a dog would just pass these pieces or if they would partially digest the pieces and make them sick. It says the material is not for ingestion. I switched to elk antlers. A little more expensive. but they keep my dog busy for long periods, they're not messy, and are as safe for them as a soup bone. The large antlers (you'd only need one) last the best. I got one for my dog two weeks ago, and she's chewing it right now. She's a 50 pound aggressive chewer, as the ads for chew toys say. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Answer:	No, my dog could not digest it and it gave him a bad case of gastroenteritis, resulting in a very expensive vet bill. I have sword off rawhide after this scary incident. Greenie are much better.

Question:	I have a dog that regardless of how much you exercise them still wakes up in the middle of the night. Will these help them sleep more than 3-4 hours
Answer:	I have not been able to get my dog to eat these. I have tried multiple times with multiple tasty disguises. She either licks off the peanut butter or meat juice or flax oil or doesn't touch them at all. Maybe I received a bad batch or she is too particular. In any case my dog loves hemp oil and that calms her down. I am confident that a good quality hemp oil or CBD oil infused dog cookie will help your dog sleep, but I can't say anything positive about this brand in particular.

Question:	is the plastic supposed to stay on? seems like not such a good idea if pieces should break off
Answer:	Not sure what you mean.. but the “bone” (the hard plastic casing shaped like a bone) stays together with the brownish “treat filling” as one piece when you open the blister pack and give the bone to the doggie to play with. They love getting the treat part out. Trust me, the bone never chips or anything. Our dog has played with these bones for 11 years. BTW, once the dog gets the brownish treat part out and eats it (leaving just the shell of a bone” they will lose interest in it just toss and get another one for the dog and the whole thing starts all over. Our dog LOVES these.
Question:	Anyone have health problems after chewing the plastic? It seems dangerous
Answer:	have used these for years with the hardier chewers .. never any health issues directly related to this product. for the dogs that can chew/ gnaw off pieces, they are so small that the dogs poop them out. they last months!

Answer:	I bought this one for 9.78. I thought I was getting two or three at this price. I only received ONE! I'd order the 4.99 one instead of this one. I think this is a mistake in quantity, but I learned the hard way... you only get one. I hope this helps!
Question:	How much of this bone do you let your dogs chew? Just the white part or the orange part too
Answer:	Both our doggos chewed into both the "edible" center and the plastic bone. Cattle Dog and Retriever Mix. Took the bones away after about 1/4 of it was all over the carpet. Both started hacking up small plastic pieces from the teething bone part within 2-3 hours, and their tummies did not do well with the "edible" center. Also, the plastic pieces were very evident in their poop the next few days after this chew. We usually do antlers and nylabones for chewing with no issues, so not sure if it was the bone, or just the day they chewed it.
